Well, in the beginning part of December, 2009, I purchased a full black interior and rear harness from RotarySupra, aka George Martinez. I sent payment on 12-10-2009. At first he worked with me real good, and I figured it would be a smooth transaction. To this date I have only received: most small pieces, carpet, harness, rear mirror. I have not received the dash, door panels, center council, etc. He has stopped replying to my pm's and emails, and he has not been on the forum since 1-10-2010.

Him I double checked the interior and everything looks good.I don't have the demister grills on the dash, door vents are cracked, and the radio surround is from a s4.lmk what specific interior parts you want and I'll give you a qoute shipped to you by tonight. Thanks


Me Well, I need everything except the seats, cluster surround, and radio surround.

So I need everything from all the back pieces, carpet, dash, sun visors, door panels, etc. I'm doing a full color change so I need everything. I also need the rear view mirror assembly.

Him I sent out the interior pieces and the door sills today. my brother sent them out today so he has the tracking numbers tomorrow. The dash,harness,and carpet pieces are going to be sent out tomorrow thru fedex. I'll keep u updated, and sorry for the wait

The carpet and the rest of the carpet pieces, I had trouble at fedex, they were being dicks about sizes and how messy the carpet was. So I have to clean it more but all these pieces should be their way.thanks

Him Hey man, I keep having trouble shipping the big items thru fedex or usps. They're bitching about the dimensions and about how I'm wrapping the dash. I've never shipped a dash or carpets. Me Have you tried UPS, they've always worked well with me. I have no clue on what other company would ship that.

But the stuff I've received already looks great. I started tearing into the car and I am finding a bunch of other stuff I'm going to need, so you might make some more money off me lol.

I guess try using UPS and see what they say, if that doesn't work I'll try to research what company other people use.

Him hey nate.....i sent out the carpet today.im still preping the dash and the panels since their they are a little fragile.i also hae to send you the glove box and center console.ill send the console and the glove box tomorrow,i have them boxed up already.

At this point Paypal changed the status of the claim to 'Not as described'. I called them and they said being the seller sent me something, they couldn't do anything about it. They told me to contact www.ic3.gov, which I will.

]Now he doesn't reply.

Me So, once again, what the hell is going on?

Me Ok, if I don't get tracking numbers in 3 days, I'm filing a case with ic3.gov. I'm not going to give up on this until I get everything.

Thanks for the comments guys. Yeah its deals like these that make you want to buy everything either new, or in person.

I still haven't contacted ic3.gov, as I haven't had the time to do so. Once I do I will be sure to post any updates in this thread.

well, I Can say this much, there are two of you, and two different accounts of this sale. Someone isnt telling the truth here.

What took place with the investigation? What exactly was the verdict and what was presented as proof? And what was the whole reason for the chargeback in the first place?

I'm assuming you mean the paypal investigation. The claim was titled as 'not as described', due to the fact that I did receive some items, which they used the tracking numbers as proof. When I called paypal they explained to me that they changed the title to not as described, and that being I did in fact receive some items they couldn't do anything about it.

What do you mean by what was the whole reason for the chargeback in the first place?
