well if they have gotten away with it before then they will likely become more relaxed with getting away with it in the future. try contacting them and let them know that your next step will be contacting their local authorities and/or paying them a local visit including their local courthouse with all documentation including bank transaction records and messages back and forth including real names of the people working the shop who you contacted.

even if you do still walk away with nothing there will be a record of it for criminal proceedings in the future.

(Oh yeah, in regards to my first post In this thread... I didn't mean I could make a V-mount kit for $700 shipped. I meant a FMIC set-up. I misread the OP first post.)

This is ridiculous... These kinds of people need to be dealt with. The people in that particular community should get together and confront these dead-beat businesses face to face. Not talking about starting a fight... Just getting them to return what is rightfully yours. Playing with people's money is like playing with their emotions.

These days, a lot of research should be done when considering a purchase from any dealer. On the other hand... You can always make your own V-mount. People act like it is SOOO hard. You don't have to be an engineer... But you also shouldn't "ghetto-rig" it. Just put some thought into it, draw it up, gather parts, and proceed to build. If done right, it could save you a hell of a lot more money. In your case... I guess it really doesn't matter at this point.

Did this ever get resolved? I was also a victim of theirs. I ordered a Mishimoto G-Line intercooler from them when they were turbogoods.com and waited forever because they were on "galactic backorder". I told him in my final e-mail that if he didn't have me my product or my money within one week, I would be coming out to visit him and bring the police with me. After that I had my intercooler in 3 days.... and to boot he added a bunch of stuff to my order for free. However, that doesn't even come close to making it right. I still waited 13 months for an intercooler....

Chrispytater,

Im really sorry about your ordeal. But the time rame is really long. Im sure they told you all the reasons why its late.

I mysel am way behind on my FC vm GB, but I had a butt load of issues and I have been updating the thread. I normal FC kit take 6 weeks to finish, but a GB is on a whole other level.

I dropped the guy I was sponsoring due to personal reasons but I do have an extra unpaid vm that can be assembled at the GB price if you want it. I have all the parts but I am just working with the fabricator on pricing and re-doing the endtanks for a 3rd time.

So, if your interested, you can have it at the GB price + free shipping.

Ben
Rotary Extreme.

p.s. As a vendor I feel for Nukin, its a great kit for the price. I'm sorry its been like this for you.

Well got all kinds of news:
1. bought a 10th AE with blown motor and its being built by Alex Heyman right now
2. bought a manifold from him with paypal hoping that he would do the right thing, well he sent the manifold and now doesnt even talk to me about the vmount, manifold looks really good but i had to constantly threat resolving with paypal, seems this is the only way to get your product from him, i should have put a complaint in regardless saying he sent the wrong product or something
3. Short of actually going there i felt i have done everything, including posting on his facebook page (neukin motorsports)
4. i honestly dont think im going to get my product no matter how much i try to trash him online, so im pretty much giving up sadly, im going to save up and go with extreme

Try filing with the better buisness bureau?

Post on craigslist in Indiana for some one to go there on your behalf? I've heard of some one doing this before and it worked out for them.
