FINAL UPDATE: I just wanted to quickly say that I did receive the item from Marc in great shape. I've also recouped him for the shipping charges incurred. As far as I'm concerned this dispute is completely closed!


I know Marc is a good guy otherwise I would've never received anything back. I just wish we could've resolved this sooner. Glad this can finally be put to rest. Thanks for everyone's support in the matter.
