phear in Tennessee

This guy goes by the name of Brian Hogan and he lives somewhere in TN. He sent me some loot to hold the car for him. He made payments until he got within $350 and said he'd bring that with him when he came to pick up the car. Of course he didn't bring it and I kept 2 AE wheels and we agreed that I'd ship the wheels when I received the remaining balance. We spoke quite a few times with him promising the money was coming next week. It has now been about a year, my emails are ignored and his phone number has changed. I have a signed bill of sale that shows the price that we agreed and I have all of my receipts that show he did not pay the full amount.

Anyone that knows this asshat want to help me out?

Never heard of him..... Did you sign the title over without the remaining balance?

File a small claims law suit.. you will win.

Jimmy,
Don't mean to be critical and I am sure that you know that you already failed at 2 things here.
1). Why would you sign the title over to him if you did not have all of the agreed upon funds?
2) Why did you wait a year to bring this up?

By the way, these are both rhetorical questions and don't require a response because now it does not matter.

I would sell the rims off and chalk this up to doing business the wrong way.

I had been in contact with him up until about 2 months ago, his excuses for not having the funds were tiring and unrealistic.

I did not let him leave with all of the items that were in the sale. He acted like he really didn't want an incomplete set of AE wheels, so I thought that would be enough motivation to send me the funds. I'm not too concerned with the money, it's $350, it won't make a HUGE difference to me, BUT I'm doing this because I don't want anyone else to get screwed by this guy and I wouldn't mind finding his *** and taking a $350 swing at his jaw.
