There needs to be a collective agreement by those on this board that any purchase which costs hundreds of dollars be sent C.O.D. via UPS by the seller.This would cut down on the scamming and misunderstandings by the truck load.I myself would never make a large scale purchase under the regular practice of I'll Paypal you a $1,000 and hopefully you will be decent enough to send the goods.If the respective sellers balk at this method of doing business then they can sit on their goods to be sold and watch them collect dust and watch some of their bills go by unpaid.There has been too much deceit by the sellers on this board and it needs to stop.

all of the above is done. well its a dispute. i will give it a day or so on the dispute. i have 20 days to refresh it to a claim. if i dont hear anything by tuesday morning, i will turn it into a claim. but you are pm'd.

i dont know why i trusted her to do this. i just got that feeling she was straight. i have delt with plenty of ppl on here for sales. and i usually can pick out whos straight and whos not. i guess cuz i talked to her on the phone. i didnt sense any bs. im pretty thorough with my "interrogations". either way.

 

its amazing what filing a dispute will do. it only took 3 hours to receive a response from her. supposedly they are getting shipped out tuesday morning, or i will get my money back. we will see.
