I bought a couple of engine rotors and the front counterweight from rx7_1.3. Prior to the sale he e-mailed replied several times per day both to this website and to my personal e-mail address. Now that he got paid a couple weeks ago he won't respond to any attempt to reach him or give me a tracking #. I know he got the e-mails because I sent them return receipt.

I have copies of each e-mail to document our numerous conversations for the agreed upon price, quality of items, etc. I also have paypal receipt to document him receiving payment.

i bought s5 bumpers and tails from him no problem, then when i tried to buy brake calipers, and the odds and ends of the stuff he forgot, he just decided to stop replying to messages and stuff, i have his address, but he was saying he was in the middle of the move, so i think the address is no good.

on the shipping info on the ups label, it has a womans name (I'm assuming its his mom) and there is a phone number, i filed for my money back on paypal, but i might start callin his ******* mom and taddle on his ***... lol

 

paypal will only refund your money if there is money in his account. which in most cases there isint. dont just rely in paypal they could care less if u get your money back or not

 

you are correct if there is no money on his account you will not get money back

 

oh im not really expecting too much from them, and if i were you other guys i wouldnt either. this guy is a moron, did his one or two good transactions to get confidence in him, then WHACK, put the shaft to us

 

That's generally what they do...sell a few cheaper things to get good rep/feedback then start screwing people.

 

Fortunately I wasn't screwed out of too much, but still I got screwed by him. I've got a case going with paypal....I'm not expecting anything from it though. Still wish I had gotten that ECU or tracking #. I was kinda relying on it.

Yep, I think he agreed to sell a few people the pair of S5 NA rotors... including me! Please PM me his addy so I can compare it to what I have from him as I'll be down in GA for Petit Le Mans in a few weeks and will make a side trip to his place with six or seven guys... ha ha
