Now I understand that he DID send my money back but he also said he would send the shifter because of making wait so long, if the shifter wasnt so important to me i would have been fine just getting my money back, but i have been looking for one in my price range for the longest time found it then get drug on for months. I dont find this a very stand up way of doing business.
Just thought others would like to know.

And thats true he did send my money back, but why tell me he was going to still send it when he obviously wasn't? So IM waiting and waiting for this shifter to show up and he keeps telling me its coming. Why not just say, "here is your money back sorry." and end it there. I appreciate the offer but I ended up buying one locally from a FD right before posting this. Thank you though.

Really don't think you needed to open a bad guy thread on him over this. Technically he did refund you the money you paid for the item. Which isn't badguy-ish. He hasn't stolen anything from you and really all your doing is waiting for a part your supposed to get for free.....

LOL.... Sent this $3500 for engine and other parts and he yanked me around for over 6 months making up lies of how the crate was damaged at the shipping company and other numerous bull#$%@ lies. Come to find out from another member that he hadn't even pulled the engine out of the car. Told him I wasn't mad and I would drive from KY to NY and pull the engine myself he said ok. So I took off work and rented a truck to transport the engine and the day before I was leaving to go there he sent me a message and said that he refunded my money. Made me so dicouraged I still haven't fixed my car not the mention the money I spent on other parts to go along with this setup. Just because the guy refunds people there money back doesn't mean that he not a "Bad Guy" to do business with. Never again.

well right now im having problems with him as well, its been over 2 weeks i sent 80$ for a part and still received no package nor the tracking number he told me he would on last monday, so im still waiting for his response hopefully he refunds or send the package -_-

well just recently recived the package after so long, even thought he never responded back but legion is a good guy, i guess it takes so long cuz he is internation which he dosent say, but at least he kept his word about shipping it

On my birthday august 2nd till now I paid $800 dollars for burnout fender bunout bumper,sideskirts,vent and shines fender vent, another $800 dollars for RE hood another $800 plus $360 for RE v mount and work bell steering wheel.
Guys this seriously fuked because i just found out about this what should I do?
I paid him through my girl friends paypal and my paypal and 3 month passed.
I been going to shop to check if parts are arrived and texting him for 3 month he replys all the time but my shop only recieved "sideskirts"

800 for a vmount kit that retails for 3200+? that sounds a little "too good to be true". and like they say if its too good to be true, it probably is.

Nope. RE v mount? he sold it to me for $1600 from asking price from $2000 that he posted up for $2500. I spend $2760 until now+ took care of every paypal fee, and $440 was left to pay that I was going to pay this week. Total $3100. plus i was even gonna buy more parts OMG...........

2011/10/26 I emailed him again yesterday for refund he said he put money on his paypal account last friday so it will take 3~5 business days, still not giving tracking number for my bodykits ,For 3 weeks I text him for tracking number and he told me it's at home and his going to get it for me-

2011/11/02 I reported to police, paypal and gsl-se addict- Moderator and emailed Legion ,I talk to Legion and told him I can not take parts or take offers but he still sent v mount even though I refused it, He shortly sent V mount took these pictures and refund $600 yesterday to my papal and he told me his sending another $600 today so thats $1560 left. We had deal for RE V mount and workbell for $1600 but he sent only V mount kit so right now he made up $2400 rest of the $360 I disbute in paypal I'll update.

11/03/2011 Only waiting for Re v mount to arrive and $360, Still lost around $177.42 for CC use fee on paypal and some money that didn't work out with Legion and my self, 3 month of driving 1 hour each time to check my parts were there while he was saying it's there tuesday go pick it up I just talk to post... making up all the lie's with no tracking number for 3 month and I just found out he didn't even send anything to my adress, I still told Police his cooperating,process of paying my money and when i receive intercooler kit+$360 I'll tell them I got all the money back and erase his name and report. I'll update-
