So I took off work and rented a truck to transport the engine and the day before I was leaving to go there he sent me a message and said that he refunded my money. Made me so dicouraged I still haven't fixed my car not the mention the money I spent on other parts to go along with this setup. Just because the guy refunds people there money back doesn't mean that he not a "Bad Guy" to do business with. Never again.

wait, what??????
Is this the same engine i bought? A longblock that he was to pull from his car?
I had paid that engine in full he first of august, paid the shipping the following month, and im still waiting for the engine! I am this close to filing a police report both in the US and here. Even though im in norway, i still have legal rights and i WILL get that money or the engine..!
Ive tried contacting him via mail, PMs here, through paypal who sent him a notification...! Anyone here who has his number or knows where he lives and can give him a shout for me? Its either the money for engine + shipping + paypal fees, or the longblock he sold me...!

this is the last i got from him, the 9th of october:

Sorry I was away for the past week and was not able to log on. The motor was shipped using nvocc. It is an ocean carrier and it was picked up about a week and a half ago. So I would think it will make it to your port sometime next week. After it arrives in port and has cleared customs they will contact you and set up a delivery time with you. I put on the custom forms that it was a broken motor and that it was a gift so I don't think you need to pay fees on it. Give me a pm when they contact you.

I also threw in some extra motor parts in the crate that I wasn't going to use anymore. Maybe they would be usefull for you.

Ive even spent a few hours on long distance calls to the US shipping agency he "used", to try to track the crated engine since he hasnt given me a tracking number.... That wasnt exactly a cheap set of calls...!

Ive found 2 persons living in the US with his name, on Facebook. Can anyone confirm if he is from the New York/Forrest Hills area?

Thanks for any help.

Hell, thats probably the same engine I ordered in July as well! I did recieved one box with intake and alternator two months after I payed $1900 in full, and thats it until now. He has been making up excuse after excuse since July on why I havent recieved the engine and transmission. After asking nicely about eight times for a tracking number I finally recieved one in October and it has been saying "Update will be available once package is recieved". He finally sent me $1060 this week after I stated I was going to the police if something didnt happen. If I wasnt deploying again I would drive up there and get a face to face to figure this B.S. out!

Too bad, id pay you a small ransom to tear that engine from the enginebay for me

Well, ive given him some days to respond, soon, its police-time. Allready searched up his neighbourhood police station, this sucker is going down on fraud and intend to deceite-charges if he doesnt pay me back my money. I`ll pull him to court and get money for time, long distance calls, the whole shablang..!

well, since Legion has completely stopped answering any form of communication, i have no choise but to press charges. I have given him time, several reach-outs offeing him to pay back in decent time as long as he just answered my texts or mails. I had a talk with my bank, they will not only report the transactions i made to legion as fraud(based on my evidences from forum PMs and for sale-threads and previous fraud attemts, and paypal transactions), they will refund my money AND take the fraud case for me to the courts in the US by cooperating with the US bank legion uses. I have this schmucks name, adress, bank, telephone number etc.
So, i will get my money back, and you, legion, are in for a little juridistical treat. Enjoy your fraud-sentence coming up soon, it stays on your record for life, enjoy your problems trying to get credit, mortages/loans etc due to this, and good luck trying to travel to a bunch of countries cause you have a fraud-sentence on your record.
Thank you, and good night, you barked up the wrong god damn tree this time, kid!

Fraud mail with ALL info on your sorry *** will be sent to my bank in T minus 48 hours, Legion. I have your name, your bank, you bank account, your address, your phone number. I have info on your parents, you are going down!

I will get my 1100 bucks from my bank, and they will take the case against your bank, who will cooperate and take you to the courts for fraud and intent to deceit!

You will never get a loan again due to bad credit, and fraud cases dont dissapear after a while.

Enjoy your sad little life in the future, kid!

Clock is ticking, you barked up the wrong god damn tree this time! You messed with the wrong Norwegian this time!
