Here is the add in question all his info is removed. If someone really has all these parts surely they have 210 bucks to pay someone. And why are they not selling them here!

^ it, along with others, was removed for now due to containing personal information (craigslist, phone numbers, etc.). It is soft deleted and can/will be restored if/when needed. Pete wants to give Kevin a chance to make things right, so we will have to honor that decision.
If Kevin doesn't make things right by 6/12, then these posts will likely be restored.

Here's an update on what's going on
I have been calling and leaving messages on his girlfriend's phone for a good 2 weeks now. She continues to sound surprised when I tell her that Kevin has not contacted me.
Last I spoke to Kevin, he called me on the 12th of june and said that he had just started a job that monday (the 9th). His first paycheck would be coming on the 20th, I decided to allow him until the 20th to send word of payment. Since then I have not heard anything from him. As I have said he has not called or written to tell me that he has sent a check.
As far as I know he has received a paycheck and has not done as he told me he would do.
Anyone who feels up to helping me at this point, please feel free. Maybe he'll actually send the check... eventually... after some encouragement.

So here is the number.... anyone and everyone call/text/spam the ever living **** out of this number! Maybe he will finally agree that 210$ is not worth the aggravation.
NUMBER REMOVED--please dont do this. Youre asking people to break the LAW because this kid screwed you over. Whats worse--if people did this, YOU would also have broken the law for posting this here and asking people to harass someone! Is it REALLY worth that? I dont think it is. What you need to do is contact the police in his town and file a criminal complaint--dont chance getting arrested over this kid

"no, i'm thinking of keeping that thing" yet it remains up for sale? and "those wheels are worth more than that" 210$ for a set of gold meshies is about the going rate... especially now they way the customer has been treated so far....

He's kinda retarded i don' think he's a total scammer. he's a 17 year old kid who still lives at home. I bought parts from him in may before i know this **** was going on. he wanted way too much for anything and when I showed up to his house he didn't have anything pulled like he said he would. So considering he's a minor you can sue his parents. and they're well off. his dad works for the post office and has a 71 challenger sitting in his garage.

Most recent response from Kevin is that he thinks that he doesn't owe me anything since it has been three months and i've been asking him for what is rightfully mine.
THE TIME FRAME HERE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FACT THAT HE STILL OWES ME MONEY!
Also, he continues to post up ads on craiglist and I wouldn't be surprised if he's on other rotary forums.
This blows in every way... you cannot argue with people that fail to use logic in their arguments.
