I bought a water temp gauge from this guy back in the last week of July. He's dissapeared since Aug. 1st.

Filed a paypal dispute. Will escalate to claim within a week. **** scammers.

 

He scammed me for a short shifter too.

 

Claim has ended, and I got the short end of the stick... nothing.

This guy has run off with my money. He's in the NYC area, does anyone know this man? He's logged on a few times recently, so I know he's still around.

 

You probably waited too long to file a claim. I think there's a 30 day limit or so if you want a good chance of getting your money back.

If I dont hear anything after 10 days, then I file paypal. Gives them time to respond or ship. There's no reason why you shouldnt get a product by 10 days. Shipping across country usually takes only 5 days.

I filed a claim, and won, but Paypal could not get me a refund since his bank account was empty. You live. You learn.
