tell him to check this thread, his voicemail, and his text messages. This is ******* unacceptable.

 

He made that pie cut mani for me and I recieved it...it didn't fit but was close..it also had a hole in between the pipes!..I still owed him 400 and didn't feel tht it'd be fair to pay him all of it...I offered him 300 and he told me to send it back...I said refund my money and I would no problem...he said absolutely not...we got in a big argument on the phn and he ended saying he was coming to my house to pick it up! He threatened me. Then he txtd sayn he'd refund my money and to send it back...no money yet and no response from him after multiple attemps...I wasn't going to send it back and have him blow me off again like he did before. I would have gladly sent it back after a refund. If I would send it back he would just blow me off like before and is be really screwed. The way he has handled the business I know about is a joke.

 

Spoke with him on Sunday, by calling him with another person's phone... He says he shipped it out with UPS and it was in Chicago when it was held up for bring improperly packaged in a Penzoil box. Well I called Chicago and they really couldn't do anything for me since it wasn't sent through them, and I called the UPS store in his town and they have records of him shipping stuff to siguy2k (who I know personally) but no records of him shipping anything to me. I had them go back to June and July though and there's no record of him shipping anything to me the first time either.

 

Finally got my parts back a few weeks ago, the metal ring/gasket thing that goes between the wastegate runner part of the manifold and the wastegate is now missing, as well as the wastegate dump tube, and the vacuum nipples. Had to take the manifold to the local performance shop because Casey didn't extend the wastegate runner either like I had asked, so that's now done no thanks to this joker.

 

Wow, what a tremendous pain in the ***. No customer should have to go through all of this.

Curious to see if jdmfantasy comes back to address this situation.

 

Doubt it, he's been sketch since almost day 1.

 

Bump. Still not solved but the threads reappeared!

 

I had some problems, lets see if Casey takes care of them before I make the info public.

 

My input is coming soon. Awaiting Casey's response. I seriously hope that this RX7 Club take us serious and investigate the matter. Because, I believe that, the club should get rid of those people who are experienced con artists. I am not saying Casey is the one yet! But after I have a Casey's side of the story I will public the positive or negative info
