First off to the members that I have disappointed by letting them down on shipping out their products I want to apologize. I have been extremly careless with a couple things and found myself the center of a few people anger. I want to give you guys a breif update on the people that are currently anrgy with me and a update on where their stuff is wether it be parts or money...

Lean_Back = Traded me a FMIC for a Rear Taillight cover. Shipping from me took a bit longer then it should have and the customer had to get pissed and threaten before I sent it out. This was not intentinal it just happened ddue to the rediculous amount of stuff I have going on in my life right now. I have cleared things up with him and the tailight cover is either with him now or should be arriving anyday now. He has fedex number and verified with FedEx. I consider this matter closed.

Turblown Guys = Traded me a flywheel, fake hks bov, and AST for a FMIC. Once I received the package the flywheel was used and not in very good shape. The ast was somewhat dented up and not really what I was looking for. I called Turblown and told them I wasn't interested in the parts and I was sending them back. I placed them in myshop to be sent back and lost the address and forgot about it till I read the post today regarding him being upset. The Tracking number for the package with all your stuff will be posted here today so everyone can get a idea of where it is.

Rob026(o somethign like that) = This guy pretty much was trading a set of rear fender flares or selling them. I asked if he was interested in trading. he said he was looking for a few interior parts which i have and have pictures of and everything but anyways he said he was sending and I said once I received them I would send my parts or try to get my parts out on Monday. Sunday rolls around and ROb is on this board yelling about me scamming him yet Monday hasn't even come yet and I didn't receive his parts. I then told Rob I would send my interior parts first and let him get him so he knows I am not scamming him or anything like that. This was after all kinds of threats and so on. Anyways he cancelled the shipping on the package and I told him I would still sell him the peice for the interior but the flenders won;t be needed anymore due to time restraints. The deal is over and I won't be dealing with him.

Smegol = He pretty much bought my Pettit Coolcharge system and my Engine Harness. I sent them in two boxes and had a problem getting them to his address. They came back once and I decided to try again to a new address given. Either way the packages weren't getting to him weather it was from my shipping error or his address error. Either way I received the coolcharge system back in the mail today and I will be refunding 50% of his money and once the other box comes back I will refund the other half. We are speaking on AIM currently and I am sure this is a satisfatory ending to all this.

As far as I am concerned these are the only people in which I had trouble with. Unfortunatly all this **** happened and it's all 100% my fault. I feel bad for all this and just want to get it all cleared up. I have been hounded by the Chicago area rx7 owners and I have pretty much ruined my rep with them and you guys here. I wish I had the people I have traded with post here so you guys can see I am a good guy I just fell behind on handling a few things. Agian I apologize and I will be posting Turblowns Fedex tracking number shortly. Thank yo uand have a good day.

Chris, I told you that I was in another country and that it was an inconvenience for me to get the flares to you, but you were concerned about time since your car was going into the shop (you said in two weeks, now you say this Friday). You told me to give you an update the next day and that you would have the panels ready to ship to me the next day as long as I did the same. I must stress how eager you were for us both to ship our parts the next day. I went out of my way calling in special favors to get the parts to you and you did not even respond to my multiple Emails which I sent right away. You were completely out of contact, COMPLETELY. My next attempt at communication after the Emails which you ignored (even though you were supposedly ready/eager to roll right away) was an IM conversation. I don't know if you realize this, but I IM'd you about 1 hr before our long conversation asking for status and your IM was reponding to me with blank lines. This went on for 30 minutes and I was civil throughout. Certainly you must have read this? It wasn't your away message because the reponses did not follow sequentially after my questions. I took this as you breaking contact and mocking/scamming me because I had already Emailed you a tracking number and told you that your parts were in route.

At this point I was sketched because you had completely broken communication after I had Emailed you the tracking number so I went online and researched your name and found several different instances of you ripping people off, changing your name etc. So obviously when I IM you and I perceived you as playing dumb about all of this and have made 0 effort to communicate with me even when i went out of my way to help you out. Then you tell me that you'll send the interior pieces first but you never make good on anything you say. So I have every reason in the world to think you are a complete piece of ****, but I decide to give you a chance to prove that this is not the case. Rather than doing so you once again don't follow through with your word. Moreover, the shipment was held up because I had Emailed UPS before I ever spoke with you and they ended up pulling the package and calling my roommate the following day. I told you that I would ship it immediately as long as you provided me with a tracking number and again you don't respond until "it's too late." I have held up my part of the deal throughout but I cannot think of one instance that you have followed through on your word. Then you tell me last night you would consider a cash sale and you back out of that as well? Look man, I apologized to you, what else am I supposed to do here. You have dicked me over, point blank. You expect people to forgive and forget when you aren't even willing to try the same.

FWIW My AIM client only sends my away messege once, depending on the time between incomming messeges. If I am repeatedly IMed while I am away it sends the away messege after the first recieved IM and then doesn't keep responding.

Do you have custom colors for your IM chat windows? If your background color is the same as the senders font color it will apear like blank IMs but you can highlight them and read the highlighted text.



I hope this gets worked out.

From what i heard you promised an authentic RE product and just ended up purchasing and sending a damaged shineauto replica. Im sure you would consider the case closed when you got yourself the fmic that was promised and half assed your end of the bargain.

Again. You got what you were promised and decided it wasnt what you wanted. In that case the items should have been back out that day. On second thought, your items you promised should have allready been in transit. Im sure since you had the guys number you could have called to get the adress. hell im sure he was trying to get ahold of you to get his stuff.

I dont blame him. Its people like you that ruin the trust of potential buyers on the forums. Its sad they trused you enough to send their stuff out first before you send yours. Make an agreement and give the tracking numbers at the same time.

Here's an update on my situation: I received $100 via PayPal last night. Chris stated he will send another $200 this weekend, and the remaining amount next week. I had sent a total of $620 for the parts including shipping. I would have preferred a Money Order/Cashier's Check so I get the full amount back (since PayPal leeched 3.2% already, on $620 this will amount to almost $20 lost ) but I suppose I can't complain as long as I'm getting something back.

I will consider it closed when I receive the FULL amount back. We'll see what happens by next week. I don't have a problem with installments, as long as they are sent when promised. So far it seems Chris is genuinely trying to resolve this. I will keep everyone updated.

Also, not to nitpick but I'm 100% positive the addresses I gave were correct, so I'm not sure what you mean by "address error." I can't explain why FedEx or whoever couldn't get anything here. I've bought countless items in the past 3 months from others on the forum for this FD, and everything has arrived here perfectly. Anyways, I guess it doesn't matter why as long as this gets resolved.

You should receive a refund. Not a payment. Hope he adds that to your amount in the future. I just recently had some punk do the same thing to me. He sent me a payment through paypal on items i returned. But the ignorant *** kid supposedly didnt know how to use paypal...so it took out a transaction fee. I wont let it go...and neither should anyone who gets lied to about **** your buying. Its your damn $$$....dont let him make it feel like hes doing you a favor by returning your $$. If anything....you should receive interest!

I hear that, we'll see how it goes. There is no refund option because I didn't originally pay via PayPal, it's just the easiest method of reimbursement I suppose. Heck, I figure if the parts never made it here, why would a money order or cashier's check?

I'm still waiting on a $200+ refund too... and have been for the past 2 months. There's been several occasions he says, "I'll send you money this weekend", but I don't ever receive anything. It sounds like he's in a bit of a tough spot... so if you agree to sell something to him, be sure to get the money first. Don't be like me and send the product and then have to wait several months for payment.
