Here's the story
I paid him on Feb. 10th. for the Rx7 spoiler. 1 weeks after the payment I called him to see if my spoiler shipped out yet and I wanted a tracking number . He said it's already shipped and I should receive it early next week which is the week of Feb. 24th. I waited until March 1st I still didn't get the spoiler so I pmed him said I want the tracking number. He replied me on the 3rd said he will check with whatever company or person to ship it for him for the tracking number. But he didn't get back to me, so I had to call him again. He said Fedex shipped the spoiler back to him and the spoiler was damaged, he going to order me another one and ship it to me which going to take 2 days. During those 2 days I called him couple times but he never answer the phone and I left him message said I want a refund and he never get back to me. Until this minute I still didn't hear nothing from him. I have no choice but creating a bad guy thread for him. I don't mind waiting I just don't like people took my money and lack of communication.

 

Hmm...that does sound fishy. Ordering a new spoiler to send out is a red flag...that would cost SO much more than it'd be worth. If that happened to me (part was returned damaged), I'd just contact the buyer, explain the situation, and offer a refund or partial refund.

Hope you get your part and/or the money. If you paid by paypal, I'd file a claim if it's not too late.

 

when he told me he's going to order me another one that' fine for me. but after that phone call. everytime i called him he wouldn't pick up the phone. i left him couple message too. I already filed a paypal claim, hope i will get my money back soon.

 

seller just contacted me said he will update me tomo. let's see what's going on.

 

seller emailed me the tracking number. i will post up once i receive the package
