wasnt it more like $1700

500 is what Kilo charges to take out and install a engine
so you paid 1200 for a rebuild+TII engine conversion and port job and other nick nacks

 

so what about the price?? he gave me a price for the whole job regardless. if it was $1.00 he is still responsible, since he is a rotary mechanic that claimed my car would be running.
so you think its fair that b/c I paid a lil under 2,000 my car should be treated this way?? for real man. he screwed me y punto. el carro no corre y tengo que pagarle a otro mecanico to get it done. deja de defender tanto al macho tuyo. I am going to get pics of the engine open soon, once the mech takes it out pa ver what happened and what "new" parts he used.

keep in mind you dissed Jose in another thread a few weeks ago
and you few weeks later you try to get him to work on your car
after you bashed him? don't think so....

Trust me I know Jose and he would of worked on your car
if you just would of talked to him and showed him your problems
Just like that Ungreatful f'er str8 who complain about his car and Fuego went 200 miles to get his car out of his pocket ..Good luck getting Kilo or any Mechanic to that ..

A)Jose went for a few weeks to Pr cause his mom died and tidy up family business there
B)Jose had recent surgery and was out of comission till last week..

as for defending Jose
I've had my share of issues with Jose and its no secreat
been upset with him for taking long to finish **** and I just end up doing it my self
But I trust Jose and that is a Big thing with me
I know that if I bring him new RA super seals,side seals etc He is not going to to put used **** in there instead
That Is a Huge concern with me........

He has helped tons of people who have been broke
I know 1st hand someone that use to own a 7 and posted on this forum that Jose rebuilt there motor for free cause he was dead broke and had no other transportation....

He has a Good heart and is not malicious

 

I bought an FD with a blown motor and took it to Jose. He rebuilt it and added some things.

I took it to get it dyno'd by some other guy and the guy popped the damn thing.

Jose fixed it for free. I felt bad and gave him an extra transmission I had for payment.
