Beware buyers!!!

I recently purchased upper and lower fd intake manifolds. Asking price was 60$ and was offering free shipping.
I contacted the seller and asked if he had the manifolds for sale still and if so send me his paypal address. Seller contacted me back and said yes he had them and gave me his paypal and stated he will confirm the funds recieved. I sent the funds and he confirmed then asked for more money for shipping even though he was offering free shipping. I will post the conversations to be more clear on whats going on.

And now some not so kind words from him and my response. Im just trying to do my part in keeping this place a safe and professional network and the only way to do this is bring situations like this to everyones attention so is are less chance of someone possibly taken advantage of.

I will post a confirmation of the funds being deposited into my paypal. Should take a two or three days give or take unless his paypal is verified

Seems clear to me.

If the refund was issued then this Issue at hand is now Over.

The Problem however will be with Fd3stiny stating that he is offering "FREE SHIPPING" and if he typed that,then he should HONOR That.

FD3STINY:You wanted to get rid of parts quickly and in order to drum up business YOU clearly stated that.

If you can't honor your statement then it should not have been Posted.

I dont want to do business with him. The way he was acting was very unprofessonal and condesending. I just wanted my refund and to bring this to the attention to the law on this forum. Gotta keep the family close or the wolves will come and take advantage.

Initially I sided with him, thinking you were trying to pull a fast one. After reading in depth, and witnessing the situation, he was in his wrong and you did the right thing.

+1 for sleaze ball clean up!

 

If I see anything else like this from him, he'll be banned from selling on this forum permanently.

 

All parties have now been contacted and the situation is resolved.
Please return the Waitress to her original upright position.
