You never told me you don't use Facebook.. who dose not reply? asking for headlight you Wanted ?? BUCKETS comes with hardware. You can send me your paypal I can give you refund

I have all the emails I sent and all the emails from yourself, they are dated and stated, no facebook and no phone number.

You really dont want me to post the emails on nere dude as it would paint you in an even darker light than you are in right now.

As for refund "COOL"
An option never given before so Ill take it.
As for paypal adress you have it as you recieved payment for it back in July 2013, as I point out again, not Nov 2013.

But just in case, its the Email all coms should have gone through.

I dont think you understand the term "witch hunt". It does not include you. You came here posting about your transaction, which is what should be done when there's a question. Everyone else that hopped on the bandwagon created the witch hunt--people suddenly have bad things to say about him but could not be bothered to verify those bad things as actually true or to post their own feedback thread at the time their transactions happened.

I do, however, find it strange that you tell us you do not use Facebook, but he DID find your Facebook account and post to it....this IS you, is it not?

Seems strange to me that you "do not use facebook", yet you have a facebook page after all. And perhaps you did not specify the use of facebook in comms, but the guy tried multiple ways to contact you....and youre actually trying to fault him for doing it. That makes no sense at all to me. You specified email...when he emailed you and got no response, he went further, trying to reach you so that he could live up to his end of the deal....and youre COMPLAINING about it. Let that sink in for a minute or three.....

Whatever happened since then, I cannot speak to since neither of you have posted much about it. At the end of the day, he's offered a refund. Glad to at least see that you two can agree on that.

The only thing you are accomplishing right now is making yourself look worse. Still complaining that he tried a second way to reach you when you did not respond to the first? wow...he took the initiative to try to reach you so that you would know your parts were ready....stop complaining. Thats actually a good thing, whether you "specified comms" or not. He put in the effort to get ahold of you. Next time, answer your emails and you wont have this problem!

You left him with two choices...because at the start of this you made it plain that you demanded delivery by mid December. He was actually trying to meet that....and put in extra effort to do it when your "specified comms" did not work out because you did not reply. Jeez, stop splitting hairs already and get on with it.

Face book account is mine, cant seem to shut it down. Dont use face book for my own reasons, this was explained to him.

Not splitting hairs either, just would like this sorted.

All you have seen is his posts, so not the true email trail, and as I have said nearly nine months for goods is terrible.
He has offered my money back so once its received I will post on here and thank him for resolving this.

I can't contact your Facebook, Email or phone number...Seems strange? , Everyone uses facebook or at least give numbers on shipping informations and they reply email.. so far In my 5 year experience in this forum , I can give MOD my password and tell him to check my email.

Refund I'm just giving your money back that u paid only half even though I lost on making kit, you should thank us for resolving this, I refund today for you.

Look, whatever you choose to do with FB is your choice. Your reasons are not any of my business and do not matter for this discussion. However, when you leave instructions as to the method of communication you require, then ACTUALLY ANSWERING that method when it is used would be helpful. Didnt he try to contact you three months ago about these? You really need to get over yourself, and fast. You set a deadline with him that they would be ready in December....and he tried to find you in December to tell you that they were done. He did not keep you waiting nearly nine months..if you had responded to him, as you should have, you would have already had your lights. But then, you want to change the game on him, telling him that you will only take selected parts....even though HE MET YOUR DEADLINE for having the lights finished and ready to go....?!?!? You agreed to send him the remaining money in November...you do not dispute this. You then did not send it to him....again, you did not dispute this. So please tell me why youre now bitching at me for "all you have seen is Josh's posts"?? Did you not agree that these things happened?

The guy offered to scratch build you a product that you were clearly having a hard time finding.....he gave you an outstanding price. You only wanted to pay half up front. He accommodated you. You then set a deadline for him, that he would have the lights ready to go by the middle of December--and that condition was based on you paying the rest of the money to him. You did not follow through, but he did finish them before your deadline...and then you did not respond to him in timely fashion via your "specified method of comms".

A custom product, built to your specs, and done within the final deadline YOU demanded. and for that, you apparently then jack him around, saying "I'll just take the buckets"....

At the end of the day, you are getting your refund. Could he have shipped out the lights to you by now? Probably so. But you contract with him to custom make parts for you, then you do not maintain contact....then even when he meets your deadline, you change the game plan anyways. And all after he agrees to take only half up front, which some shops will simply not allow these days.....

Simple communication often fixes these things by itself. But when you leave someone with one way to contact you, and that way does not work, you dont get to come in here and pretend its all his fault. doesnt work that way.

Sorry for getting back into the thread, but I checked his Facebook and have realized the situation. I cannot believe that he would stick someone up like this considering that he has dealt with local members on a basis. HOK considering that you had his Facebook and contact information, I am sure he did make an attempt to tell you, just as how he immediately contacted me after reading my posts here.

He has given me a tracking number for goods and we are sorting things.

Could a MODERATOR please lift his bad seller status as everything is going sweet so far

I would like to say that heh and I have resolved our issues.

I would also like to point out that this should re-enforce his rep as a seller, if you have issues, he his willing to resolve them and come up with a solution to keep both parties happy.
