I cant post on certain parts of this forum but I thought I should let other FD lovers know the scorewith me and this dude.

He took $500 from me back in July 2013 for some lights he was getting together, slow progress and wanting more fundage without product put me off this deal. So I emailed him and we settled that he would send me the light buckets and hardware with no lights, ok cool.

still got f**k all, and now its March 2014.

I know Im across the water in England but there is no need to F**k me over.
Dont give him a good name as he uses it to rip me off.

I had a "not so good transaction" with him as well. Item was not as described and was missing parts. I will not buy from him again. Its also concerning that he has some high dollar parts up for sale right now, lights are one of the items as well. I hope this gets addressed for you asap.

I am glad you have brought this to my attention as well, I have met himh a few times and was pretty serious on purchasing something from him, but I think that waiting till this gets resolved is for the best. This is actually the third time I have heard a complaint about him already, sad to know that a person I've met a few times is now ripping people off

If this doesn't get resolved properly and he is still trying to sell that same headlight kit what he has right now in the Can section, I will send out a notice to the locals here to raise some awareness for ya.

I've also sensed a lot of shadyness from this guy.

He was trying to buy some 99-spec turbos off of me because his were blown... yet at the exact same time he was trying to sell his old turbos as "perfect condition"

Whats going on?Let me make this clear 110% this is not true

(Halifax FD) I sold u hood damper kit (good condition everything work perfect) and happen to miss (one bolt) right away you inform me I told you where to find near local store and also offer refund, I always replied you. check our msg.


Carl(HOK) I spent lot's of money making mold, tools and sent pictures through email constanly gave him my phone number 647 988 7706 to call (he said it's privacy he dosen't give numbers away)
I thought very strange well he sends me half of money and other half when i'm done making lights I emailed him 7 times along with facebook, when i was finished making them....
Still never replied me in facebook, many email and he recently we emailed each other saying

"I want just buckets I will buy some lights my self and we are good" I agreed"

Ive had good dealings with him. This is news to me. I know he was in the hospital recently .I talk to him every few days. With my dealings with him, I gathered he is good people. I know he will fix this. I hope this gets resolved. And unless you were in thia specific deal. I suggest keeping out. Mods need to get on here and control this.

Thanks for the MOD suggestion.That is very astute of you.
But good people do not receive money and not deliver anything in 8 months.
By calculations that is about 240 days,give or take.This should have been resolved LONG ago.

So,if YOU are NOT involved then YOU can stop Posting too then.

Only INVOLVED parties post in this thread unless they want a Nice Vacation.Anyone else's input is NOT required.This issue needs to get resolved.

November 3, 2013 It was First time he actully decide to purchase lights his email gave me adress and he said wait for the payment it's coming soon.

November 23, 2013 after 20 days i was ready with full kit 20 days faster then promised time and asked HOK for the payment, no replies on facebook or emails.

December 1, I also sent msg to his facebook it says he check the msg but he dosen't reply me.

I'm not claiming anything, but to me it's shady that you post up that you're having turbo problems, you're trying to buy turbo's and yet you've got a rebuilt set of twins for sale? Who sells a part that they're also trying to buy?

First off I hope you are feeling better man I know you where down for awhile after your visit to the hospital. Second I'm the guy who got the free twins. He deals with b and n a lot and has way more then 1 set of twins. He is a good friend of mine and I have never had issues with him. I stand behind him. Great guy. You can't call him shady unless you have the serial numbers off the stuff he was calling blown and selling. Just what you think not fact.

How would you feel if you didn't sell blown parts ever and your Canadian member is spending his time posting my sale threads, asking for help thread and your thread you posted up for sale, Im pretty sure you wanted to sell good condition twines also just like me since it was laying around, I posted up for sale the ones that works great.

YOU don't know how many turbo i have, you don't personaly know me, your not 100% sure if I gave turbo's to my dad friends or club members and your just assuming i'm bad seller? I've personally dealt with FD_virus85 several times in the past, both as a buyer and as a seller, and have nothing but good things to say about my transactions with him. Look, before this witch hunt gets out of control, let's put an end to this here and now. You had NO reason to think that this guy was trying to sell off bad turbos as good ones. Had you bothered doing your homework on this one before publicly bashing a seller like this, you would have seen that there were some key differences in those threads.

1--in the blue smoke thread, in the very first post, he said this:

Blue smoke thread and FS thread, 9/22/12. Sounds like he just started having the problem within a day or two. The WTB thread was from the previous week. For all you know, he could have been looking for twins for a different project or even for someone else. And he could have just as easily been selling another set of turbos, as I just pointed out he described the two sets differently. Is it REALLY that difficult to imagine that he might have more than one set of turbos?

This is what happens when someone cannot be bothered to actually check something out before slapping an accusation or an insinuation on someone. like I said, shame on you. If you do not care enough to do the legwork, then you keep your mouth shut! How hard can it be to understand that no one wins when an unfounded, clearly false insinuation gets thrown out there like this? Now, for everyone else....here's what I see at this point.

Seller has shown where he made more than reasonable effort to contact the buyer. He got no response. That does not put the seller anywhere near in the wrong. He's got emails with time stamps.....what does the bandwagon have? He's got Facebook record showing another attempt to get in touch with you....how is it his fault that he had to try to chase you down?

I'll leave this to the buyer and seller to come to a mutual agreement, unless you two cannot get it worked out, but this bandwagon crap stops now. I dont see any of you with your own bad feedback thread about him, so your transactions with him could not have been THAT bad...could they? I'm pretty sure you would have served notice on the community if they were.
