Just thought I would post about my transaction with BillyMitheRxguy. Late February I bought a set of popup headlights. Weeks went by and they didn't show up I got a hold of Billy and I was told they had been returned back to the him somehow. I was told he shipped them out again but then I got no communication back when I wanted a tracking number. I eventually got in touch with him on the forum thanks to another member and he said he would ship them out again and then nothing. Finally I started a dispute on Paypal still heard nothing then finally Paypal ruled in my favor and I got my money back. No idea what actually happened with him or the headlights, but I would never do business with him again.
