So now that he is banned, does that mean the buyers are basically screwed out of their money? What reason would he have to issue refunds/exchanges now? The Internets are a scary place to do business. Unless someone is local, I'm sticking to Ebay.

 

The matter is being resolved and it makes no difference if he is banned or not banned regarding the issue however I do not want him or his kind on this site. When these things happen the seller has an opportunity to resolve the matter and when they don't then flat out lie about what happened then they don't belong here.

Wow. Thanks for the assist, gentlemen. Now MY other concern is how/if this is going to affect the arrangement of sorts I have with fceeyah/nopistons562/JR to pay me back. I suppose that with the help of people in his area it can be taken care of since the internet can be a great rallying place as seen here.

I can vouche that fceeyah is infact a scammer and ripped me off on a trade also, was my fault to have been so trusting.........I want my FD back you scamming bastard, your FC doesn't work like you say, I try to arrange for my car back and you don't pick up your phone on me

 

Hello guys. I'm just posting here to bring my situation back up. It's been the allotted 5 months we agreed to give JR to pay me back. I just sent him a message on Vegas Rotary and am now waiting to hear back from him.

I sincerely hope this can finally be taken care of. That wing has been taking up space here at my house for half of a year and I want it gone!

I do not recommend dealing with JR for anything. I am not the only person he misrepresented to during the sale of parts a year ago. I have no idea if the other person followed through as I did to get reimbursed or not but you all can see what I have had to go through. Even in person where I could see the merchandise I would be unwilling to deal with him on the principal of the matter. If you choose to buy parts or anything else, caveat emptor!

This entire experience has been like dealing with a 4 year old. I take that back. I know 4 year olds that have a better sense of right and wrong as well as responsibility for their own actions. JR used a lot of bluster and whining any time he was called on one of his empty promises.
