This guy seemed nice at first when i paid him and asked to hold the item i got from him until i return from my trip, but then when i got back and asked to have my items shipped he said ok...

2-3weeks and i still dont have my item, I have never had a lost shipment at my residence...

Its been over a month since and still after several PM's and e-mails to his personal e-mail and i get no reply from him, no tracking info or address confirmation he sent the items to or any contact at all, this guy is in Miami FL area, name is Daniel Barba and I need your help, if you had ever sold or received anything from him I need to know his addres so that i can file a local police report or if you are local and know of him, I need to know what his problem is???

$200 is a felony and i will not let this go!!!

PM was sent Saturday. I know he read it since I could "see" his activities online and "saw" him pull the PM before going offline 11-21-09 @ 1618 hrs CST. I'll set the initial time window to EOB this Wednesday, November 25th, 2009 @ 1700 hrs CST.

I generally prefer to defer this kind of stuff to the official Sheriff of GG/BG, which is you, but there's just something about Florida sellers gone bad that gets me rabid ever since the Val/PREACHER/Protodermis affair.

Daniel Barba sent me an e-mail this morning stating he was involved in an accident with his EVO front end... And was in bed until 3 days ago...he said he will ship me the fan assembly today via fedex...

I am still very skeptical about this but can we push the suspension of accout and such for another week say next wed dec 2nd... That should give enough time for the fan assy to get to me!!!

Damn Vald, sorry to hear about the bad news. I was thinking about picking up some parts down in MIA, in a week or two.If he's still on bed rest, I can swing by and pick it up. Ill be in Kendall,if thats helps. Or I have three brothers that live In Dade County. Maybe they'll pickup and ship out.. LMK... I hope everything works out!!!

UPDATE:

Daniel Barba sent me the fan assembly as described, but not from Florida, but Venezuela or how ever its spelled...Had all the Customs paperwork...Makes me wonder :-/

So with that I did get what I paid for...but not without lots of effort on my end...

Mario, you can close this thread or keep it as issue resolved and no need to go postal!!!

Well not sure, I never asked, and someone from the forum IM'd me saying that he works in Venezuela and lives in Florida, I know the box had a small sticker from the previous shipping that was ripped off but had florida and zip portion left on it...

So its odd and at the same time not as I never did ask where he was going to ship the parts from...The important thing is that I got what I paid for...
