I purchased a supra twin turbo fuel pump and received a stock fd fuel pump. Upon contacting Fc3Spowa he swore it was a supra pump, while the part number matched a stock fd fuel pump. After giving him the benefit of the doubt that he made an honest mistake as politely requesting a refund, Fc3Spowa stopped responding. I filed a claim with Paypal, returned the pump, and am awaiting a refund. I have been in the business a long time and really don't see how people think they can get one over like this on me. Sucks because we are a relatively small community. Unless Fc3Spowa resurfaces and has a good explanation for this, I can't recommend doing business with him.

Note: his selling privileges were suspended on the 17th of NOV.(sent pm by yours truly)
He has not been active since the 19th of NOV.
This guy needs to make an appearance and rectify the situation.
If anyone knows him,just point out that it's a simple issue that can be resolved quickly.
He just needs to attend to it.

 

I told him that I had no problem giving him a refund. I sent a request about a week ago through paypal and still have not received the pump back

 

You did not send me a request and you failed to respond to my pms for over 2 weeks. Claim has been filed with paypal and the pump was shipped back. Tracking was submitted with paypal.

The Result of this Transaction is that IRP was issued a refund BY Paypal after the Seller had been notified numerous times to just "fix the mistake".
He did not respond to warnings that would occur if he did not simply just take care of his business.If he had done so his selling would have been able to continue,and his transaction deemed a mistake.
This was not the case.Paypal had to step in and perform the refund.
There was a Total disregard of any correspondence via Pm's from the Buyer and the Club.

SO the Club took care of his Membership and voided his account.
