well, i recently ordered some evo-r sleek headlights from jay at the GB price. First of all, i opened the box, seems to be good quality, i let him know that the stuff is good, i will back him up on it anytime. Well i spoke to soon, here we go...
1) the pre-drilled holes are terrible
2) Brackets dont match up w/ the pre-drilled holes
3) 2 scratches on the lenses ( painted part )
4) had some rainy weather, and one of the lights got condensation in it
5) No instructions in the box what so ever, just a little crappy diagram that looks to be drawn by a 4 yr old
6) doesn't say what screw's to use where
I had to go on the website to even know how to install them. It was just a big hassle.
i have tried to call EVO-R, PM'd them, emailed them through the contact email on evo-r.net and i have no reply. So at this moment i am not happy w/ ordering through EVO-R until this dilema is solved w/ the headlight.
So maybe this thread will get jay's attention and we will solve this, i will let you know what has happend, and keep this thread updated for EVO-R's business purposes. If i need to, i will post pics of the water in the headlight, the crappy drawn instuctions, and the scratches on the lenses. Keep in mind, these headlights at group buy price were still $500. So just think if you bought them brand new, and HID option.

yea, i totally understand, he still hasnt replaced them, he contacted me back, and told me to dry out the headlight inside and put the lense on..... yea, tell me about it.. lol.. not to mention if it gets humid outside, the back of the headlight is still open, therefore exposed and humidity could still get inside.
But, yea, if i were to do it over again, i'd just buy the $1000 c-west kit. Although it does bubble a little bit, it should be perfect in every way.
