Ok, wait a second.

You went out, saw the car, drove the car, then bought the car. So, you actually saw it and drove it, before you gave over the money?

LOL, thats what i mentioned in anohter thread about this thread starter bitching..The real scammer is the buyer in this case.. This thread will go no where. doduong11 you dont have any right coming on here and stating these facts about the car after you purchased it, inspecting it etc. You saw the car YOU had the right yo buy it or not to buy it. God i hate people like this. Get your flame suit on you tool

Yes and i said i didn't mind the condition of the car but what pisses me off is that he didn't mention about the blown engine and i have to find out for myself when i bought it to KDR here in PA

So its not the fact that i'm a cheap baster or lowballer is just the fact that he isn't honest about his **** so read carefully before you say that i'm scammer!

Oh yeah i also mention that the car needed an alignment badly and also the registration and inspection was way overdude and that's the reason why i didn't want to take my chance testing it out to the fullest but trusted him instead, and when i finally got all that fix and inspected only to find out that the engine is bad and thats why i was pissed.

I'm sorry to hear about your misfortune.

But, I find no fault of the seller in this case. You had every opprotunity to check the car over. Its common and good practice to get compression tests performed before paying for a car. You didn't or choose not to do this and you are paying for it now.

Had it been some eBay sale or something where the owner had pictures up of a different car, or some other situation where you couldn't see/drive the car before putting money down; then that might be a "bad seller".

IMO, I don't see where the seller is at fault in this case. IMO, it looks like an overzellous buyer who didn't take the time to do the things he/she should have...

First, sorry for your misfortune. My opinion is it is not his fault in any way. You checked out the car yourself.

As for the motor, let's say he did turn up the idle as KD stated, he then offered to have the motor rebuilt by his guy or help. Why would you not take him up on that offer?

Also, what made you take it to get a compression test after you bought it?

Sorry again...

Anthony

So you are a honest seller? It looks like you tried to pass the lemon on, where you going to tell your buyer about all of the cars problems?

Look i'm not trying to get back anything here guys all i wanted to tell you guys and everyone here is that he can't be trusted thats all, i'm not complaining about what i bought, if i was a low baller i would never have bought the car for the way it is if i cared about it. The only important thing for me when i bought this car was the engine and since he is a member of this forum i thought he would be honest enough to tell the truth which he didn't and thats the reason why i was upset and not because how the car is.

And by the way mbaha it was listed for sale before i took it to KDR and never sold the car when i found out that the engine was bad. And yes there were some people that were interested in the car and i did tell them the problem when i found out and did not kept anything from them.

Any by the way the car still run and if i want i can adjust the throtle position to where he had so that people wont notice it but i'm not like that and i just wanted to warn people about him thats all.

this is my last response to this situation. i told you i would help you out but you refused. if you arent going to accept my help, **** off. there is no way in hell that i would sell a car with a bad motor when it doesnt cost me **** to get it rebuit. there are plenty of people on this forum that know the way i do business. i dont need the small amount of money i make off these cars. i simply enjoy doing it and it takes my mind off work.

Did he hand you a fake compression test showing that the engine was healthy? Did you ask for a compression test?

If the answers to those questions are no, then once again, he didn't deceive or lie to you. He's not dishonest. It was up to you, the buyer, to ask or get a compression test and you didn't.

I'll bet, had you spend the $50-60 on a compression test, he would have either got the engine rebuilt for you or knocked off a lot more than $50-60 off the price of the car. You made a mistake. Admit it and move on.

Look like i said i'm not upset about how the car is but was upset the fact that he didn't tell me about it when he new that it was bad. So stop writing **** and telling me to move on, i'm just trying to warn people about it that's all and if you dont like simply just ignore this thread that's all.

And by the way AllRotor93 you wrote back to me when i prompt you about the engine and the turbo. Why did you write this back to me and say this on the pm

[QUOTE=allrotor93]i dont really know anything about that car other than what i was told. i didnt install the motor nor did i inspect anything on the turbos. we knew the turbos were acting funny and i said i would help you out with those so i will. Just let me know what that compression says.

So you knew the turbo were acting funny and yet said nothing to me at all, how come? If this isn't straight up lying then what is.
