I am posting this here as well. This was a transaction from the FC3S forum, but since he is a member here as well I thought it would fair to let you all know what happened

Well, I don't think the parts will be here before I leave tomorrow morning as UPS, USPS and FedEx have all come and gone today. I will need you to send me the tracking number for the parts so I can put them on hold until I get back in town...

I got them back FRI with a note that said No one by that Name at this Address.

I can not see how you could ship something from Florida to California and then get it back in less then 4 days... sorry I just dont believe you

well then you will get no refund. I have the proof and i'm not required to give you anything. But what you buy and i sent it and got it back i have box that i sent and tracking number and that all the proof i need.
Believe what you want but fedex can get a turn around that fast.

look man i'v been doing this for years.
If i was going to steal someone's money it's going to be more then 20 buck i can't even get a half tank of gas.
And to tell you the truth i loss the tracking number so i don't have it.
this is the frist time i'v had to deal with this.
And calling someone a liar and a thief, is Personal.

Your right this is personal, I expect a full refund of $20.00 in my paypal.
I have had over 100 packages sent to me at this address in the last year via all different delivery services and never had a single problem...I have also sent many packages and never had them delivered in a day without having overnight shipping, yet you sent yours to me from Florida on tuesday and got them back by friday the same week... seems suspicious at the least...
All I can say is you will have to prove your side of the story... and the only way to do that is to provide a REAL tracking number that can be verified by FedEx; otherwise your a liar and a thief. I will no longer play PM tag... I expect a full refund

koolkat has a good rep!!never had a prob getting my parts! i still talk to him at least once a week about parts! he a real stand up guy. maybe you should try talking to him about it so you guys can work it out! well this is just my opinion!!

you might want to re-read the whole post... There is nothing more I can do. Maybe you ask him whats up? to be honest all I want are the lights. I'm a stand up guy and never play games with anyone. When someone buys something from me I have it shipped with in a day or two and have a tracking number sent to the buyer. just makes life easier for everyone
there are 3 things he can do
1- refund me the full amount
2- show me a real tracking number and refund the difference and I will contact Fedex about the 8.77 shipping refund
3- send the part and send me a tracking number for it
but none of this changes the fact that he claims to have sent me a part on tuesday from Florida to California and back to Florida on friday of the same week(4 days coast to coast and back again
simply amazing)... and then also claims he has the tracking number then he doesnt have the tracking number then he has the tracking number but won't send it to me... seriously, do you think he is being honest???

all i gotta say is this. I live near KoolaKAt ''Shannon'' and i have bought a car and many parts and even sold him a car. He has never screwed me over and has always been a great guy to deal with. Quit tripping out and you will get your stuff.trust me.

Ok I’ll say my 2 cents.
I take some blame for not keep my paper work in order.
But anyone that has any dealing with me knows I’m here to help people not trying to make a lot of money just cover what I put out.
And sorry if I’m not big on helping someone who calls me a liar and a thief.
I told him I would give him 11.23 back.
Sorry but I’m not hurting for 20 bucks.
If he would have come off a little nicer and not name call right away.
I would have sent it back to the same Address that is on his PAYPAL accounts.
I will not send to an address other then the verified.
At this point I’m over it and I’ll let pay pal work it out.
If you don't feel safe buying from me I’m sorry.
But at the same time this guy has messed it up for you then.
I will also be happy give out name of people that I have had dealings with me as long as it ok with them.
Some may say I’m a little slow at time but that get a good price and parts that work.
So at this point I’ll say just read his screen name and look at what he calls him self.
And I think it’s got a point.
