Black Magic,

Can you tell us why Silver007 was supposed to send the lights back? Did he decide that he didn't want them after you had already shipped? Did you have FedEx go by and verify that they dropped off in the right spot? I know that the other day, UPS dropped of a neighbors package at our door. Could have happened here too. They are busy this time of year and don't pay that close of attention when the packages don't require siognature. They just toss them on the door step and hop back in the truck.

Also any more info? What about the claim that TXTURBOgs filed? Any word on that, yet?

Hope it all works out.

Il try a short story

Title : Black magic got scammed

Cliffs:

TxTurboGs paid me for my RE lights, then said ship them to Silver007 because TxTurboGs didnt want them and he miraculously found Silver007 to pay TxTurboGs the ammount i was initially paid. So instead of sending them to Txturbo, i was now to send them to Silver007, i lagged on shipping, and so when i finally did ship, silver007 got all pissy and said if they arrive im not accepting them and got all wierd on me. Wouldnt work with me (VERY IMMATURE) in terms of wanting to resend my box back to me, even tho i offered to pay for time/shipping. So i tried to call fedex and have that box returned to sender BEFORE it reached Silver007's doorstep (in fear of getting scammed), because TXturboGS made a claim with paypal, and i cant very well send paypal the tracking which says the box is going to NY and not TX which is TxTurbogs's confirmed account location. well, because i was in panic mode, i gave FEDEX the wrong tracking number when i called to have the box returned to me, because i happened to of had another box going to NY that i shipped the same day as well as the lights. Soo now silver007 is pulling the good ole "i never got anything routine" when the tracking clearly says it was left at his doorstep and has been avoiding me ever since COINCIDENTALLY... Shame on me for not requiring a signature, its ok though, i believe in karma, hopefully the piece of **** wrecks his stock pile of **** Rx7 and ******* dies..

This is the correct tracking for the lights sent to scammer boy silver007 #045759210038152

-james

Anyone who lives in NY close to this piece of ****, PM me...

So...

TxTurboGs got a refund from you or did the Silver007 guy send him money?

Did you get paid for anything?

This has my vote for most confusing transaction on the club...EVAR

well i guess silver007 got a refund from TxturboGS, in which then TxturboGS's claim from paypal withdrew the $359 from my account. Had i have gotten paid from Silver007, i would not have gotten scammed. I hope everyone can learn from this. If anything, i donated $400 worth of **** AND $359 to Rx7club for info on this little bogus scam. At least its busted out now, with the sacrifice of my parts/money.

Here's my understanding:

- TXTURBO paid Black Magic for the lights
- TXTURBO decided he didn't want them and found another buyer (Silver 007) to take his place
- TXTURBO (maybe also Black Magic) did not know you could refund using paypal, so instead, Silver007 sent the same amount to TXTURBO for the lights and Black Magic was instructed to send to Silver.

So TXTURBO paid Black Magic and Silver 007 paid TXTURBO (both paymentswere equal, about $300 or $350, I think).

- Black Magic took awhile to ship the lights (but sent the to Silver as instructed). Silver got pissed due to the delay and said that he would refuse the package.

- Black Magic tried to RTS the package, but had the wrong one returned

- FedEx says Silver got the package, but Silver says he didn't get anything. No signature required and no additional insurance. Hard to prove if Silver really got the package or if it was a screw up by FedEx.

- TXTURBO now has a paypal claim against Black Magic. Black Magic will certainly lose the claim as he did not sent the lights to TXTURBO. TXTURBO may not get anything back since it appears that Black Magic's paypal is empty (he said something on this thread about getting it out of the negative).

- I'm sure that Silver will then in turn file a claim against TXTURBO (paid TXTURBO for the lights, but of course, TXTURBO has no proof he sent the lights since he never had them to begin with. lol)

So if TXTURBO wins his claim (and Black Magic has money in his paypal account), Black Magic will be out money + lights. If Silver files a claim against TXTURBO, Silver will get his money back, plus the lights (if he really has them). Black Magic is the one that gets screwed. If Black Magic's paypal is empty, at least he'll have the money for the lights, but his paypal account will be tarnished due to the claim.

Hope that is somewhat clear. It is about as clear as I can explain this mess. Hope it works out.

you have it 100% CORRECT my friend. Except, i sold a bunch of stuff on ebay and when those people paid me it brought my paypal account out of the negatives, thats the only difference. Yes though, i have been screwed over. I love how not one of the perps have said ANYTHING in this thread sine the delivery date.
I opt that some moderator BAN silver007 at the very least, same with his chump TxTurbGS, no need for scumbags like them on this site, thats for sure.

Ah... So TXTURBO did win his claim (and you still had the money in Paypal).. That sucks, man. Looks like Silver ends up with free lights and you are the one that gets screwed. Valuable lesson for all. Only send to buyer's verified address! Get insurance and require signature... If this had been done, Black Magic would not have been screwed.

Black... Did you talk to FedEx? Can they verify that the driver dropped it of at the right spot? You could try to file a claim w/ FedEx, but you'll only recover a max of $100.

Black Magic I would at least file a follow up with Paypal on the fraud perpetrated here. TxturboGS admits here he was paid by Silver007 you have both their real addresses Paypal can confirm who was sent money when. MaYbe Silver 007 never send his buddy a dime. If TxturboGS said he was paid and really wasn't that would be proof showing intent to perpetrate fraud. It also conflicts with what was said here. I'm sure Paypal has a fraud investigation team. Regardless you F'ed up sending to wrong address but why would TxturboGS file a Paypal claim when he was supposedly, allegedly paid by Silver?

Txturbo filed the claim to get the money back to pay Silver back. Maybe txturbo and silver are in on this together. They would get the lights for free and could resell them and split the money. Probably a good idea to watch this site, craigslist, and ebay to see if your lights pop up for sale.

If you guys have read my previous response & look at the time stamped of the package delivered at my address. I had no clue it was delivered that early, I was talking back & forth w/Black Magic. I've told him that when I get home from work, it wasn't till 6:45pm till I got home. If Fedex was to deliver it to my house I'd denied it and wouldn't sign for anything. Well long enough, Black Magic called FedEx & spoke w/them around 3pm telling me that he had already had Fedex returned it to him. He then told me not to worry about it, there was no package at my door when I got home. Black Magic need to get his fact or story straight about what package is what & if he sent it have Fedex trace the freakin thing. As far as my concern, I'm the victim here! Bringing my id to the BG's list for what??? FU! check my transactions recently w/other members & they can tell you! Paid for everything I bought through paypal. Do you homework Black Magic! If you need my help, to call fedex & help you track to your "so called" package, I would be gladly to charge you for my time! I don't intend to have a fulltime job doing this.

One more note, Moderators. You need to be unbiased where you investigate these kind of situation. So far, you've all heard one side of story and already making false accusation! I don't know how old you guys are or know the pre-requisites require to carry such a role. So far, I am not very impressed by the behaviors & accusation being made.

So far, basically what you're trying to say is that I can't make a big claim against you, if I should someday decided to sell you an item to you, ship the item at your door by a carrier, have them drop them off @ your house when you're not home. Then, when you don't have the item! I can then accuse you of being a crook! What kind of ******* idiot would ship an item for that kind of an amount w/out carrying some kind of insurance on the item? Like signature require? Freakin idiot!

Make me spend my personal time on such crap! Go do your own homework! Appears to here, I was the one being victimized. I took the chances of paying for a product to a third party! Spend a mass amount of time PMing back & forth between you & TXTURBOGS for weeks, was lied to & lied to again. Finally convince TXTURBOGS to do the right thing to refund my money!

Get your facts together b4 making false accusations! **** me off for move my ID to the BG's list!

Silver,

Do you not live in Johnson City, NY? Yes, he messed up initally on the tracking numbers. Easy to do when shipping multiple packages especially when two are going to the same state and have similar last names. It is an understandable mistake. It is quite possible that is was delivered to the wrong address or perhaps was stolen from your doorstep. It does look like the tracking backs up Black Magic (when shipped, where it was shipped to, weight looks about right, and that it was delivered). Do you have neighbors close by? Any with a similar address?

Hope this gets straightened out.

Why do you think I PMed you? To get your side of the story. I noticed that the situation was developing with zero recent input from you. I PMed you in an attempt to help you, and got blasted as a result.

I'm 30 years old, am the owner of a respected rotary speed shop, and have led numerous combat mission through Al Fallujah into Baghdad as a US Army Captain. I was in charge of logistics for a Battalion of 650 troops in a war zone. If I didn't do my job, people died. Now you know my age and pre-requisites.

I'll reiterate what I PMed you----you need to think about when and where you place your anger before you post/PM. You're pissed off because your ID was moved to the bad guy list? Please show me where that has occurred. The title of this thread does not have your name in it.

His fiesty behavior is a result of a scamming bastard, he knows he has MY LIGHTS, and he knows hes getting busted out on it plain and simple. He screwed up a few PM's that where suposed to be sent to TXturboGS, but they went to me (or vice versa) Let me tell you, it was VERY VERY shady. As a moderator, im sure you can look up PM's and see for yourself. The guilty always get wild and defensive when they know they're caught... FACT!

PS
-goodfella
I really appreciate your time and concern. I want you to know i have told the 100% exact truth on this board at all times. Though hard to follow via text at times, im sorry, the anger flowing through me is at an all time max. The $359 i lost would've been nice for christmas shopping, considering im jobless right now every bit means all that much more to me. This little scam really burned me good and hope you can bring some forum justice to this matter...

Holy crap!! I didnt know about this thread, I thought it was deleted or something.

Anyway, yes, I did not want the lights anymore cause I purchased another complete set from Northern7, a carbon fiber set for $900 or so.

Anyway, we gave Black Magic more than enough time to respond and his excuse was that he slacked cause he does not vist the boad ofte. The problem with that excuse was that he was seen on several ocations (sp) and the PMs went unanswered.

Now, I kept buying time for Blak magic to come through. Telling Silver to give the guy a chance, that it was too early to call scammer. Anyway, he decided not to wait and issued a dispute with me. I gave him a refund via my primary paypal account and he dropped the dispute.

Yes, it ended up being a bad move on all of us because I or all of us did not know we could just issue a refund instead of going through all the mess.

Anyway, you were told countless times Black Magic to do your work. After the dispute was opene, you started crying that you had to move with your parents again, that you are out of money, for what? So I could give you 350 for Christmas?? LOL, was I am ******* because I dont believe one word you are saying? Man, you own an ls1 rx7 and a Hayabusa, and you bitch about 350? Maybe you ought to think about selling some of your toys if you cant afford them.

I dont know about Silver keeping the lights, I really dont. All I care for is my money. We gave you a chance to resolve the matter, but you were too tardy and ignored us.

So, you can choose not to resolve the dispute. In the end it is mostly your fault for not delivering in time.

later

I am up for full disclosure. I have all PMs regarding this transaction and no, I dont think its ethical for mods to look into other people's PMs.

My wife had a situation in school like this. One of her classmates had access to personal files and emails from everyone on campus. He deleted messages that incriminated him for cheating and my wife got stuck with an F, so no, I dont approve this.

No, I have paid Silver since the 1st day he escalated the claim out of my main account. I have two paypal accounts, one verified and one that is not. The verified one I had used for ages, but Paypal asked for a copy of my lisence and a copy of a utility bill. At the time of the purchase, I used the unverified account. I had used all its credit, which is $2000, so I could no longer issue the refund from that account, it had 80 cents or something. So I sent the info to paypal and sent the money to silver via my main account, that same Wednesday he asked for the refund.

Scammer më? LOL, I dont think so. I am out $350, so no, I am not the scammer here. I have proof, so I am covered. Now, how is broke *** Black Magic going to pay me? I dont know, I dont care. I am not in the mood to fight over 350, but I will pursue the matter.

If he decides not to issue a refund, then as he says, bad karma to him. I dont wish him to die, but he can go **** himself since he already has the check or electronic transfer for the lights.

To put this another way. Maybe Black magic planned the whole thing out. Waited to have the check or to have the wire transfer to his account and now paypal cant withdraw any money from an account that has zero money. How does paypal resolve this? I dont know. Anyone knows what comes next??

Well, Black says that your claim withdrew $359 from his account. That is probably a hold until the claim is settled. He did have 0 or negative balance, but he sold some stuff on ebay and that put him positive. Lucky for you, as if you do a claim and the money is already out of the paypal account, you get nothing if you win. They can only refund back whatever happens to be in the account.

So, you may well get your money back. Black will be out the lights + money. Silver also got his money back according to you and my or may not have the lights to boot. It looks as if what I said in the beginning is really going to happen (everyone making claims and winning).

i dont see how i win anything? I initially paid $400 for those lights/housings and then sold them for $359 shipped. So i LOST $759..

Well, too bad for Black Magic. He was asked several times by me and Silver to send the lights, nicely then apeshit version. If he wants me to feel sorry for him, then sorry, I am not. Whatever is happening to him is not my problem. Am I an ******* like he said for not giving money out? You tell me.

So far, you have not lost a dime. I don't know if Paypal is going to issue a refund to me. Remember, I alreay refunded Silver for the lights he never got. I sent you money, that money you still have. I am out $700 so far. Refund to Silver and $350 sent to you. I felt I had to resolve the issue with Silver, so I did what was right.

Black,

I didn't say anything about you winning anything. Perhaps I wasn't clear. I was referring to the paypal claims (see my 1st post in this thread). I know that you are the one that will get screwed in the end.

I was also saying that for TXTURBO, he is lucky that you had money in your paypal. Otherwise his claim would result in nothing if won.

See what I'm saying?

Kent
