Do not do business with this company! Yes they sell the bosch 044 fuel pump for cheaper than most places but you will NEVER get it! I've been waiting over a month for mine and still haven't recieved my products. I ordered the fuel pump off of the www.boschfuelpumps.com website and didn't notice that they where the same people as expressfuelpumps on ebay. Well needless to say thier feedback is less than par http://feedback.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAP...ab=AllFeedback . I am going through the hole claim process so we will see how it goes.

Anyways Buyers beware! as this company seems to rip off alot of people.

 

Thank you for that information. Sorry to hear you are having problems, and I hope you get what you paid for or get a refund. Their eBay feedback is mostly positive, however (98%) so this is probably a misunderstanding or miscommunication issue. The item may have been on backorder and they didn't tell you...sometimes companies aren't necessarily crooks, but they do have awful customer service skills. Best of luck

 

did you go to that website from the post i made in the single turbo section?

i ordered my pump from them and it was delivered 5-6 days after and they answered all my questions pre/post sale.

maybe they are having a hard time keeping up with orders, did you try calling them?

 

I tried calling 3 times every time an operator would say the phone number was temporaraly out of service. I tried emailing 3 times non of witch where replied to. What website are you talking about kinetik? www.boschfuelpumps.com? Anyways thanks for the input and hopefully all will work out but if you read the two latest feedbacks from them it is negative feed back from people that bought 044's.

well a kind of good ending. Paypal sided for me of course and got me my money back. I then found that 13b4me was selling one for 50 bucks cheaper

 

I ordered 2 bosch 044 pumps a few months back and had great service. fast shipping and all.

friend then tried to order just one pump and ran into the same problems as you. pump never showed and he had to file a claim with his CC company to get the money back. looks like around may/june they just closed up shop and started taking peoples money.

 

yeah the wierd thing is getting my money back. I'm suprised there was funds in the paypal account to make the return transaction. Oh well I ended up getting one from 13b4me on this forum. Seems like a pretty good fuel pump.

 

i e-mailed them about 2 weeks ago and got no response oh well www.jay-racing.com has the pump for the same price.
