I send this guy a payment for a part on the 5th and he notifies me that he will ship on the 6th and send me a tracking number. I contact him 3 times to let him know that I have not recieved the part, he says give it a couple of days and he will check it...nothing. Well today I ask him again and this is what I get:

Let me see if I can find it real quick, what was your state/city again? I have a pile of receipts from shipping everything and the only thing they say is the city/state it was shipped too.

Alright, I can't find the receipt, but, to keep good on my word, I will give you a refund because you shouldn't have to wait this long. I have a customer paying within the next couple days for a few parts so I won't have money in my account till then. As soon as he sends payment I will give you a complete refund. If the part does end up showing up anytime in the next week you can either keep it and just send the money back, or send it back to me and keep your refund.

I'm very sorry about all this bs. The post office is closed today and closed yesterday between 12-1pm so I did not get a chance to contact them.

He tells him the guy has paid for it but , but I will refund him if you are willing to pay more. WTF!!!! How the hell you gonna sell a part that you just told me was shipped 11 days ago?

How the **** did you tell him my **** was shipped, when you didn't even tell me! As far as the refund, this is not about the money, I don't give a **** about the money. I purchased and paid for a part and I EXPECT to recieve a part, plain and simple. Anyone here would question your Integrity after waiting 11 days and getting nothing.

What you SAID was I'll have a tracking number for you by lunch time. I don't have that number. I got stuff from another forum members that same night in Fla and had it in my hand in 2 days by USPS, but it takes 12 days to come from New Jersey? Do the mailmen pull the trucks behind them in Jersey? Get real, son!

 

Provide him with a tracking number, and maybe he can. Until then he has every right to bitch, and every right to assume you are a scammer. How long does it take to type in a string of letters and numbers? You have no problem sitting down and typing up a defense of yourself, but you can't type out a tracking number?

 

It's not about bitchin', it's about bringing it to others attention that their parts are also dragging on some poor postal worker's *** while he walks to there house! I am informing the masses that while we all want to do business with each other as men, sometimes boys fall through the cracks! Handle yo business,son!

Me and him are working it out through PM's. I got the cover back from usps damaged with a return notice and I epoxied it and painted it for him. It looks brand new off the shelf now. It's all packed up and ready to go back out to him, again..

 

So now he's getting a part thats broke!

Well why don't you send me the OTHER one you have? I didn't pay for a repaired one, I could've fixed the one I have if that was the case. So you make the call, what do you want to do?

Because the other one is on my car. I can either fix this one, paint it(bc/cc) and send it to you, which will look brand new off the shelf, or refund you your money. That call is up to you.

alright. its all packed up and ready to go. I had to do a little more sanding on the epoxy because it was showing through the base coat as really shinny. I'm actually sitting at a nail place with my girlfriend right now cause she's getting her nails done haha. I should be able to make it to the post office by the time they close. like I said its all packed up and ready to go. its 330 now and they close at like 4 so its going to be close. ill let you know wheb I get home. I'm typing this on my palm treo and it costs a arm and a leg to use the internet on it without a plan.

I haven't heard **** since. So it's apparent that this guy just doesn't give a **** about good business. So I've been tolerent of this bullshit long enough, so here's the last thing I'm gonna say: This guy is some ****! Anybody who buy stuff from him will get nothing but excuses. Woot, I wish you all the best with your future business endeavors, cause you will be one broke *** ****** with your current work ethics. Take that money and pick up a couple of six packs, then use the battery box top as a holder for them. Enjoy yourself, Little boy!

 

I have met Bryan before, and he does not play around. However, if you are straight forward with Bryan, he is the same with you. Oh, and I have sold him parts before, and HE drove 40 mins out of his way to get the parts.


Also, post the tracking number for the other part. I want to know if you actually shipped this part out or not.

 

Buyer has been sent a full refund. If you haven't noticed, I've barely been online in the past week. And I'm not going to give you reasons why because that's personal. I don't feel like dealing with you which is why you were refunded. I have very good feedback and have sold a lot of parts on this forum, so I don't think I will have any trouble with that.

Also, having one bad transaction means alot against your outstanding credibility.

 

Again, it was a $24 part and he was refunded. There's people actually getting scammed out of hundreds and thousands of dollars in parts, I'll take my chances against my rep being destroyed.
