Well just a little update. He respond on the other forum and this is what he had to say. I'm 8rx7 on the other forum. I put the whole thing but what he respond to me was the last line. Just want to keep showing his character.

I didn't use a credit card, I had money on my paypal account from housing that I sold, but everything is in motion. I'm not a guy that lets thing like this slide, even if I have to pay more then what I paid for the fenders, I will to get justice. He's my new project now.

Bad personal transactions happen. It comes with everything.
He's had two positive mentions in the local thread from good people. We then have the negative mentions here.
Everyone's gotten burned at one point as a seller or buyer.

In general, only part with what you are prepared to lose with private party sales.

As I understand, He's moving out of state. If I do see him, I WILL CHASTISE HIM over these issues. Maybe I'll get lucky and he will correct the issues with the two online deals gone sour.

 

He took this guy's money, didn't send the part or refund the money, had his GF come on the forum and berate this guy, and you are still supporting him while you wait for him to do the right (and legal might I add) thing? I'd never have a "friend" like this. Period.

That's all well and good and all...but here's the problem with that. Youre complaining that it isnt fair for someone to question the integrity of 7 Starz because only two of you are supporting this guy in the thread. But when this is how the guy youre defending acts about HIS OWN mistakes:

Well now, how mighty generous of you....he is ripping people off, tells them to go get bent, and THEN, to top it all off, you "wont endorse sales with him"? Yeah, that's gonna do a lot, thanks...He's already taken one guy for $400, and another for over $200....and then actually has the stones to talk to them like THEY fucked HIM over.....this isnt about endorsing future sales anymore, it's about someone being in dire need of some education about how you treat people. I guarantee you, if someone had my $400 and then threatened me physically when I demanded that they return it, that person would be at the beginning of a very long, bad day. That isnt the kind of person you defend, its the kind of person that you as a friend should have gone to him and said "dude, whats your malfunction?"



I see your lips moving, but you sure didnt say much. That entire section of your post is nothing but an excuse, a cop-out because he is your friend. It doesnt matter if he's had a hundred good sales, when you do what he has done to these two people here, none of that matters. All that matters is getting THESE TWO issues resolved. Getting burned?? This wasnt getting burned, it sounds more like outright felony theft to me. And defending that person, well, there's no excuse for that. He did wrong, it is plain as day. You could have talked about how he had a good rep until this, and that you would try to help get things resolved, but to speak up for a ***** that threatened someone he owes money to, well, that speaks for itself.


Another cop-out. I dont know how you folks run things on AZRX, but over here at this forum, we actually expect our members to honor their word and come through for each other. Anything less gets people not allowed to do business here, ask me how I know....

Ok so someone posted on my towns thread that he is moving here.... This kind of dishonesty will not be tolerated here. People like him are not welcome and not wanted. If any of you guys need help once he gets here let me know.

 

I just got a pm from him saying that the ecu i sent him is defective and he wants to work out a refund after 2 months.... I dont know much about this ecu, but it was fine when i purchased the car it came out of.

I send him a PM on this and the other forum stating that I had a friend that is traveling threw AL and AZ at the end of the month and if he can give him the fenders. But other then that he has not giving me any updates.

Does it not bother anyone else that this guy is not only a thief that is very clear and the signature on his girlfriends post deff does not help, but he is a scum bag racist to top it off. I think he should be banned from this forum and the moderators of this forum should contact the other forums to warn them of his actions.
