3 weeks later, nothing, no responses, after multiple emails. He finally emails me back saying this BS story:

I apologize for that, my brother is one that is responsible for it all, I went away on a business trip and he watched my dog, and apparently I left some forums open on my laptop and he went through all the forums he had access to and posted this for sale. Did you get your money back from paypal? I spoke with them yesterday regarding another forum he posted on and I was told that all parties involved were refunded yesterday. Again I apologize for this mess.

So now paypal's refund was denied, and i still have no refund, or radar detector. Please use caution when dealing with member, very shady. I'm now out $225 because of this piece of %$#%

 

Update, after a few "attempts" for a refund through paypal, i've not heard back from this member since. He walked away with my money. BEWARE
