so i purchased a 13b longblock from zeke542 (owen) for 1700.00 i sent him the full payment on 11-2-08 and he kept saying when i was getting all the money together that when i sent him the full payment he'd already have the engine pulled and send it out first thing the next day. well he got the full payment then stated "i need some more time," and i didn't wanna be a jerk and tell him no. so i gave him more time, the next week comes around no info on shipping or anything, so i ask what the update was on the engine. he says again "i need more time." this goes on for like 3 weeks. then i try contacting him and he is away on vacation stating his buddy is the one that's handling the shipping. well then he said it would be shipped tues the 9th of december. so i pm him thurs the 11th and still nothing... so i ask if it will be out by the 16th he says "ya" so i contacted him thursday the 18th and he claims he's on vacation and he would "gladly" refund my money back... now it's just a matter of when i am going to get my money back.

 

are you kidding me? you dragged out the payment i have been completely straight with you about this i had a number of problems with shipping this to you and told you all along and i was the one who finally said i wanted to send your money back because it was turning into a pain in the *** the thing about being away and my friend handling it to ship something liek this from a residence costs nearly twice as much so my friend told me he would ship it out from his job and you know all this i really dont appreciate you making me out to look like i am pulling a fast one on you

 

look i know and im sorry the mod told me to post this thread because how long this transaction is taking. i really didn't mean to make you look like a bad guy. but i mean everything is true on my part too and im sorry i had to post this and i trust that you were doing all you could, i just gave the mod a heads up about what we were trying to do and he told me to post this. sorry owen. this whole thing has been a pain and i mentioned that. not trying to cause bad blood or anything by any means, although it really looks like it.
