as i posted, Andrew never responded from my emails since july 14th when he recieved the claim money and probably will keep it. I would BAN this guy from this forum if i was the moderator to prevent **** like this.

he changed his cellphone # and he wouldnt even answer my emails. the last time he wrote is what i posted which is he recieved the insurance claim then never got back to me. i mean 2 weeks is a long time and i patiently waited for him to paypal me the claim, but no word from him since. its been a problem communicating with the OP since the beggining of the transaction and there was a time frame that he didnt even responded for almost 3 weeks. someone in this forum pointed out his reputation when he was selling his car and car parts, thats when he replied back in this thread to clear himself but this is really getting out of hand and i just dont want someone to get scammed by this guy ever again.

 

I emailed him again for about 5 times and no response, its been 3 weeks of no response from this *******, what do i need to prove to prevent this **** from happening again..

 

It is now a full month and a week since the OP dissapered with the claim and i think this guy should be banned from this site to prevent more damage for good buyers. i dont know what else to say..

You need to contact his local police department right away and explain the situation.

I have called the local police on their area and waiting for their confirmation, I personally spoke to one of the detectives and he will work with me on this situation. Ive also gathered all the information about the OP (Workplace, telephone numbers his friend's paypal account , etc.) and included this site for their investigation. I have tried again calling where he works and his cellphone but no answer before i called to the local police. ill post some update. why is this guy not banned on this site yet? just curious..
