Let see what happens, also andrew PLEASE keep your line open so we can both work things together and get my money back from this idiots..as soon as we resolve everything, i will close the dispute through paypal. I spoke to UPS and they will take a look at the wheels tommorow, good thing i took pictures of it before i inspected for more damages / bent or cracks on the wheel packages. UPS really sucks ***... 2nd time im dealing with them with damage delivery..

Nothing against the seller or anything,. just a heads up, but I guess too late now.

Did you sign for the package!?
I think they have tiny prints saying that if you sign it everything's cool.

Happened to this company I used to work for. some 5k computer equipment was damaged. but someone signed for it without inspecting.. it was a hard dispute.. it was signed for..

Andrew since you're not responding again to my messages and "maybe" avoiding my calls, your Boss MIKE GAMBOA whom you used his paypal to deal with me ( didnt notify me that you were gonna use someone else's PAYPAL account) has responded through paypal and asking on information with the UPS claim. Ive post some messages and vital information on how you will need to get in touch with the ups damage group about the insurance claim for the wheel that was missing through shipment through paypal. Paypal will take action on escalating this matter. youve logged on a few times here but no response from you. again you will need to get in touch/call me to get my claim from the UPS.

here are some details of our PM's. he didnt notify me that he was gonna use someone else's paypal first, then couldnt provide me a tracking number after 5 days of purchase.

Jbust why the **** did you sign off on just three wheels? seriously, who does that? its clearly your fault and not the sellers'. he packaged it all appropriately but you had to rip all the **** out, THEN take pictures, trying to make him look bad. let me tell you this: ITS NOT WORKING. obviously it was UPS' fault who lost the ******* wheel but you're just a ******* dumbass noob for signing off on THREE WHEELS. LOL enough said.



Despite all the failure you've accomplished, try to redeem yourself by having just a little decency by removing his phone number off of the internet. At least have some respect for the man's privacy. Let me know if you have questions regarding being decent. Have a nice day.

wow you are ******* retarded, and this is your first post. as you can see the seller has a bad communication with me since the beginning of the purchase. and package it right?? youre really a ******* dumb ***, no one packages wheels this way. if you read carefully on the PM's i even asked him politely to package these wheels the right way. but no they use a duct tape along with a weak wrap on it. and signing it off, before you talk ****, it was my father in law who signed off the wheels with out him being knowing that it was damaged and missing an item, I was at work and when i got home that's when i found out. If you have nothing to do, dont post/crap this thread, it doesnt concern you. im just trying to get my claim and im not getting any response at all from the seller for 2 weeks. and who the **** uses someone else's PAYPAL?! enough said.. again you are an IDIOT who just post his first thread not knowing the situation.

anyone can say their name is anything when signing for **** from ups. i accept ups deliveries all the time at my work and i'm quite sure that these drivers are not able to read my signature on paper, much less on their little digital pad. they always ask me my name after i sign. your logic is retarded.

also, personally, if i was the seller and truly not at fault, i would be more than willing to step to these accusations being made about me on a public forum. it's amusing that the seller has not posted once since his "getting this resolved today" post and some idiot 4chan *** named "BIG LULZ" appears and starts bagging on the BUYER.

isn't it also interesting that the seller referred to the person whose paypal account which he used as his boss, but that person says that he isn't? without a rebuttal from the seller, that's a very shady way to deal with someone.

bottom line: the buyer has presented his 'case' and it seems very solid. the seller? absent. only some lame troll has appeared to make moronic accusations.

thanks, but it seems like Ive been scammed from my insurance claim money. I have pmed one of the moderator about the situation here and hopefully hes watching this one. I just dont want someone else will go through this bulshit headache im going through from this seller. seller hasnt responded now for 3 whole weeks and probably has the claim money. Im going to call where he works where they shipped the wheels at RBMOTORSPORTS, i got the name who shipped it. let see what will his boss tell me.

I posted a thread a week ago about this buyer due to a transaction that went sour from lack of communication and avoiding my calls.
