I know there's another thread about him on here already, but I figured I should start my own, I'm gonna copy/paste from there over here.

After jacking me around since November I finally get my parts back from Casey and they look great. I went to test fit them tonight and **** doesn't fit right. Not sure I want to buy an exhaust flange or just take it to the local high performance shop and see if they can make it all fit. Oh, and the wastegate dump is routed THROUGH the manifold runners. I didn't pay 800 dollars to get jacked around for 8 months (Nov-July) and then not have my parts fit!




I sent my manifold back so he would modify it to fit correctly. However the time that it has taken for me to get my parts back is, I feel, unacceptable. I know you've had partner issues and phone issues, but there were times when I would send you emails or PMs and you were online and then, as siguy2k mentioned, logged off immediately thereafter. Phone is not the only means of communication as we are all well aware of.

So after taking Casey for his word, he seems to be screwing me over again. I spent extra money for 2 day shipping with the understanding that the turnaround time for my manifold would be 1 day. I sent the manifold out via UPS on August 8th. He got my manifold on Thursday, August 11th and sent me pictures of it "changed" (in quotes cuz I can't really tell) on August 13th. He said he would get the elbows need for the wastegate dump on Monday and get the manifold out to me shortly thereafter. He said on August 18th that he was "up north" (his words) with family and that my manifold was supposed to be here on August 22nd, and its still not here. I've asked numerous times for a tracking number and he refuses to respond to my messages.

Spoke with him on Sunday, by calling him with another person's phone... He says he shipped it out with UPS and it was in Chicago when it was held up for bring improperly packaged in a Penzoil box. Well I called Chicago and they really couldn't do anything for me since it wasn't sent through them, and I called the UPS store in his town and they have records of him shipping stuff to siguy2k (who I know personally) but no records of him shipping anything to me. I had them go back to June and July though and there's no record of him shipping anything to me the first time either.

I'm considering just ordering new parts and going after him in small claims court, but I really don't want to do that. Its a last resort. I did file with the BBB for future reference.

Finally got my parts back a few weeks ago, the metal ring/gasket thing that goes between the wastegate runner part of the manifold and the wastegate is now missing, as well as the wastegate dump tube, and the vacuum nipples. Had to take the manifold to the local performance shop because Casey didn't extend the wastegate runner either like I had asked, so that's now done no thanks to this joker.
