To say the least, I had a personal issue i had to handle over the holidays. Left town and did not return till end of last week. I clearly let the buyer know that i wouldnt be able to ship till after the new year. (beefhole). he said he was in no rush, which gave me some ease. But he sent the payment right before christmas so i wouldnt sell it to someone else... Complications arrose on my behalf and i had to stay. i made sure to let him know and GAVE HIM MY CELL # and said if theres an issue TO CALL ME.[never got 1 call or text. His reason was he didnt wanna "bother me". ridiculous but i said it would have taken 2 min and its business so its obvious i would take the call anytime].. Came back home, checked my emails, inbox from here, little did i know, ive been thread bashed, administrators were on me, and there was a claim on paypal. I was suprised off my ***, and pissed off at the same time.. Long story short, i have no issue refunding cash for whatever reason especially if its on my behalf. Administrators cleared me because i have excellent feedback, and the situation was definately one sided since i was absent...

I always give my # out to a buyer, and let them know to contact me if any questions/concerns. This was just ridiculous and would like to move on... i dont want anyone to feel discouraged

So lets get the rest of the parts out of my apartment

To any potential buyers. This HAS NOT been cleared up yet. Still waiting to see where the money really is. We will see if paypal is "holding it" like the buyer claimes and not telling either of us (????). Bottom line for now: the payment has disappeared, and the seller recalled the package. Lose-lose situation on my end.

As you can see the admins also heard me out because of MY feedback and being a member for over 8 years.

I will keep an eye on this thread until the matter is resolved.

This just got serious. The first person to post a screen shot (with personally identifying information removed...) that proves they are telling the truth is winning this dispute. Both of you have good records, both of you have been here a while.

Either he has his money or he doesn't. This is the same as "kinda being pregnant."

No, you are either pregnant or not. Beefhole has his money or not.

Vacation time is now lined up if this situation isn't resolved as I first stated and now quote. I don't want a PM from anyone else this time.

All other threads besides this one are now locked. This is the kind of BS that puts my finger on the trigger.

unfortunately, the month of January isn't over, so neither of us can post our January statements (available from paypal in pdf format)

All I can do for now is post this basic screen shot of recently received money.

The zoom feature IB added to the pic attachments actually proved worthwhile this time. Ok, I don't hear anything by the EOB day today, someone gets a nice three day vacation and that Classifieds thread left open will also lock like the rest of them so the Seller can take some time off to contemplate whether or not they really want to start down the crooked path.

beefhole, I'm going to find a post of yours that predates this thread that's useless...no doubt something from Politics. I'm going to use it to strip this thread of the hijack, which was legit but a hijack nonetheless, and put it in the Bad Guy boards where it actually belongs. if the thread is already there, I'll just add the posts and leave your warning in here but not the subsequent discussion.

Anyways. I would also like to speak my bottom line. I payed for this product December 18th. After 5 weeks, it's safe to say the money is gone. During that ENTIRE time, the seller skirted around the issue of a TRACKING NUMBER. Never provided one! Kept changing the subject!
Also! the seller complained that I should have called him I had PM'd the seller before the -1 to trader score. I saw that the seller was ONLINE after this, but never PM'd me back.
Also! The seller has told me I have to deal with paypal, because he never got his money either. Seller claims he has the "paperwork" to back it all up. I find that VERY hard to believe seeing as the month of January is NOT OVER. The seller CANNOT have the monthly statement as the month has not finished!

Seller had family problems. His brother shipped it. It's his wife's paypal account. It's safe to say I got taken. Whether it's $7, $70, or $700, it's not right to do this to anyone!

After 8 years of RX-7 ownership, I finally have my horror story. Let this be a warning for anyone who wants to buy from this guy.
