Well tim-faggy just called me and told me his FD burned up from these headlight assemblies and will be suing me for the value of the FD. He will be posting the proof "ASAP" which will be in 90 days or so.. Keep watching this post for it...... lol

UPS, for example, insures everything on the spot.
PERIOD. They do it no matter what the cost. I asked them and everything. \\end.

If Gonzz took the package to them not sealed up with tape and ****, they may open it.
How I take it to them, is just a straight up box with a few things in it, and ask them to do it.

they took a piece of paper out, I know because the guy said it would fit a little better. His package came not damaged, and there wasn't even that much packing in it.

A good seller, would go with a trusted shipper(UPS, USPS etc.) That auto-insures everything, which even FedEx has done for me and the guy I bought a driveshaft from, that FedEx lost. his name was "drama" And he and I spoke everything over and I apologized for acting so foolish as to say it was HIS fault they lost it.

You can't blame the seller for some ******** who decides to throw a box around, can you?

You clearly stated the assemblies sold were painted blue. The pics posted of the assemblies that were received by the buyer are NOT painted blue.

Should a person be required to have personal involvement in the transaction in order to have a question that pertains to the dispute answered?

If you were entirely straight with this, why don't you just show anyone viewing this thread exactly what happened once and for all, thats all anyone viewing this is after and thus far all you've done is skirt the issue.

I bought a streetport system from this guy last year, it was suppose to be the full system, yet when it arrived it had the stock muffler from a 82 with it... only reason i didn't raise hell was because I was switching to a magnaflow anyway. sucks that so many people get scewed, but even worse that people keep buying after all these threads about him.

GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love this ******* thread. I could not stop reading it, I've read it all. Gonz is my favorite charactor by ******* far! I ship stuff all the time, I don't insure stuff unless somebody asks me too. Nobody has asked me yet. I make sure I pack **** good, which any seller should do. Gonz, your comments are ******* great. I think it's pretty clear now to everyone what people have to deal with when they buy something bad from gonzz. Imagine if you had to try and discuss this on the phone with him. I don't know why anyone buys anything from him.
