I bought a used rotor from Brian and it turns out that it ate a seal. I come onto the foreign and I find out he is banned. So I filed a Pay Pal claim and told him the problem and he just escalated it. So now
Perhaps English is not your native language. That being said, I have no idea what you are trying to share with us apart from the fact you bought a rotor from a banned vendor and it was bad.

5--WHEN POSTING A THREAD....you need to include relevant information. Who, what, when, where, etc etc. When posting about a transaction that took place on this forum, be sure to include a link to the thread where the sale happened. As moderators, we dont always have the time to search through all the threads and posts until we find the one you are referring to, so this will help us to assist you much better.
Im pretty sure he bought a rotor from Japan2La while he was in the process of being banned, he got the rotor and it have ate a seal.
He probably expected a newish rotor and got something like this..
Now he wants his money back and finds out the bitch is banned, and now is trying to get his money back. I am only assuming this. I really have no idea.
