Bad Guy: Evo-R.net / Jay

I am posting this here to warn any of you that may be thinking of dealing with EVO-R.net.

I am very unhappy with the way I've been treated with the whole process of the Fender Vents that EVO-R made for the RX-8, and the customer service.

The vents that were made did not stay in place, and basically fell apart after installation - and attachment to the car was through zip ties!

He promised to make good on it to all his customers, and even send new ones painted to those who spent upwards of $100 on top of the price of the vents.

THAT WAS OVER A MONTH AGO.

We have not heard a peep in the Fender Vent thread, and he has not replied to any of my PMs or emails. I have asked for a refund repeatedly and I get no answer. I guess I can kiss my $110 goodbye.

There are many many unhappy people on the RX8forums and wanted to spread the word over here. All I want at this point is my money back.

Thanks a lot Jay.

This is very surprising. He has a very good reputation over here and has been with us for a long time.

his username is fd3s777 on this forum, and it shows he was last logged in yesterday.

I do know, he can take forever to get things done. He's been working on a knightsports knockoff headlight kit for like 2 years now, at least.

I hope this turns out well for everyone involved.

Just so everyone knows this issue was resolved.
Mugatu, It was your responsibility to post in here and inform all that you had received a refund.
