Cliffs: I'm curious if the guy who bought the wheels ever got them? Springs purchased, never sent them before his business trip, says he'll call his roomie who was supposed to ship them for him while he was out. I finally hear back from him, claims they'll be sent out. I don't hear back from him for a while again still, so I file a dispute with paypal, and then he finally tells me they were stolen. No refund no parts and feeling ripped off. I'm a very patient person, but I don't like being scammed and I'm sorry but I don't believe his stories. I just want my money back so I can purchase some springs already. I only drive the car 4-5 months out of the year so I likely wont get to see my car lowered this year after all this crap. Some emails were sent as well but I don't feel like digging them up. You get the idea anyway I'm sure

I only drive this vehicle 4 months out of the year and I could have ordered or purchased them elsewhere and had them on my vehicle a month ago already.

I could easily order online somewhere and have them in a couple days. Had I known it was going to take more than a month I would have purchased new or from someone who's capable of sending purchased items out promptly. When I sell items to somene they are sent out the next day. This is a completely unacceptable time frame.
# 5/5/2009 08:25 PDT - Seller: I informed the buyer that I was on a business trip and my roomate was to ship the springs out. I just returned back home today to find my roomate had moved out while I was on my trip. The package will be shipped within 48 hours and the tracking number will be posted. I hope you can understand this slight issue and I do appologize.
# 5/4/2009 15:03 PDT - Buyer: It been more than 3 weeks and I have not received the rx7 springs (car parts) that I purchased from this seller. Seller stated he would give me tracking info and has not done so. I have logs of the few emails if needed. He has not responded to my last email regarding this issue. I asked him for a refund or a tracking number. He has had more than enough time to ship the item but has only given me one excuse as to why it didn't ship stating he was out of town and someone else was shipping them for him. He had a week to ship them out before he went on his "business trip." Thanks, Joe

Still no update from you and haven't heard from you in 4 days and it's been 3 full weeks and still no springs. Honestly, at this point I'd rather you just issue a refund if you're not going to get them shipped out. There's really no excuse for as long as you've had. You should have had them shipped out prior to your business engagement to begin with. If i don't have a tracking number or refund by monday I'll be filing a paypal dispute.

I've actually been on a business trip for the past week and a half. I didn't get your pm today. My email is the best way to contact me. My roomate jim was suppose to ship it for me. I will call him and make sure it's get out if it hasn't already!

Personal thoughts: I'm kicking myself for not purchasing from another seller on the forum. I've had nothing but bad luck buying from the rx7 community. $1000+ and time and cost for me to rebuild a motor, lost on a shitty rebuilt motor someone claimed was professionally done. Hundreds lost buying a broke *** jacobs rotary pack. 10s of dollars lost shipping bunk *** damaged rotors back to a seller. I was hoping just once I could get a decent seller. I don't normally complain about all these sellers that have screwed me over and I still have their info, emails and names that I could bitch about. This I guess, was the last straw for me.


He's new to the forum and it's hard to trust the noobs but I guess I was a sucker. He might be genuine and honest, but it's unacceptable to not refund someone when they clearly asked after a month late on the shipment. I'd gladly take my money back and delete or have this thread removed.
