The parts were shipped, correct? I was provided with this tracking info a few days ago: http://tracking.post.japanpost.jp/se...2230jp&x=0&y=0

87GTR, you did give this info to styx/Dave too, right? At this point, it's up to the shipping company and customs to make sure this gets settled.

He is TOO busy (or has Other Guys Sucked in to his "Rob Peter to pay Paul" Scheme) to even Send the tracking Number to the guy who actually Bought the parts.
NO I did not get a tracking number. He must have sent it to you only..I received NO pm,
That is what GOT me going. He says "I got it all boxed up",then Nothing..No pm..just Dead air.I gotta chase him down again..SO, I get pissed, write a Bad guy thread and he responds in less than 12 hours???..Priceless there TONY Farkas.
The parts were supposed to go out 3 weeks ago..(really SIX months ago)
SO,now I got a Tracking number.OK.Fine...(was that SO hard to do?..did you strain yourself?).
.........

Can I clear out my 26 PM's pertaining to this One deal now?,or should I hold them and POST them too?..unlike you, I keep ALL my Correspondence.

Amazing. Fantastic customer service there. Sending the tracking info to the buyer is fairly important.

87GTR, there is a trend going on with this sale and with at least a few others. If you can't communicate effectively with buyers, and are too busy, etc... you need to take on less.

I think your purposelessly not telling about

Where in the past you have bought many parts from me in Japan and I have found the most cost effective shipping to you in Canada, and you have always thanked me for the fast and cheap shipping of the parts plus the japanese snacks. I know you always love the crazy japanese kitkats. so each order I always go out and try to find some neat ones and drop them your box at no cost. Every time someone orders parts with me I always try to put something a little extra in the box.

The problem is that there is no really cheap way to for me ship to Canada and provide a tracking number. Japanese Postal EMS is really expensive but can provided tracking. Black Cat Kuro Necko and Sagawa work like UPS or FEDEX but even more expensive than EMS and takes longer to Canada. The USPS from here only has priority mail service to canada and it is way cheaper than EMS or Sagawa.

You wanted to buy some wheels that I have, but these wheels are really heavy and the shipping to Canada via EMS was I think around 65,000 Yen that is somewhere around $820 ~ $850 usd depending on the exchange rate that day. I said I would check around other shipping companies to find better deals. Shipping via USPS was around $250 for the wheels to Canada and I could not provide a tracking number because the Canada post is not setup to handle USPS priority mail tracking number.

So I kept looking for other ways I could ship the wheels and it starting eating up a lot of time. I asked you if you had a friend in the states that i can ship the wheels to via 1st class mail it would be cheap to the states and then they could send them like fedex or ups ground to canada to you. But you said you did not have anyone in the states.

in the mean time I had sold 2 other sets of wheel to guys in canada and they showed me a freight forward company in Washington state. I shipped their where there with out any problems and the shipping was a good price and they had tracking number for every stage of the shipping.

I sent you the link to freight forward company to have you check it out and you said it was going to cost too much to ship.

But I think you are over playing the victim card here, In the past I have always taken care of you on shipping. I have no intentions ever on keeping your money and the wheels as you would lead on that even with all this good history and being friends for a long time that I would hatch some evil plan to try and out you of $450? Has it taken a long time well yes. and I do offer an apology for that. There is no way that I could ship those wheels to you for $100 shipping and you didnt want to spend the difference $150 for me to ship them to you via priority mail. I was willing to try and help you out on the shipping and take the risk with out a tracking number because you have been considered a good friend of mine.

I had been burnt very bad in the past by a forum member, when I tired to help someone else in Canada for cheap shipping. I sold a new set of HKS coilovers for $1400. EMS shipping was around $650 at that time. but I was able to ship them from usps for around $225. Well after they guy gets the coils over he files a paypal claim and because I cant provide a tracking number when I helpped him for cheap shipping. Paypal takes $1625 right out of my account. Even I know they has them and he post pictures of the new HKS coilovers installed on his car. I ask for help from forum mods and get the cold shoulder that is not their problem. So now Im am out just over $3000 in parts and shipping and paypal fees. Then a few months later that forum member sell the coilovers on the site and drops off the club.

But I was willing to stick my neck out again to ship your wheels via usps because you where a good friend of at least 10 years, so you could have these wheels that you really really wanted. The next thing I know after all the past good history we had together your pushing the mods to have banded from the forum. But you didnt tell them any of that background information. you started waving the victim flag as hard as you can to make it appear that I was stealing your money and keeping the wheels.

I know you have been sick recently and Maybe the medicine that your taking for cancer had turned a mean streak in you or altered your perception. I really do wish the best of health and hope for a speedy recovery. I had lost a girl friend couple of years ago to esophagus cancer and when she was on her meds her temper would snap so easy for when in the past she was very easy going. You cant really believe in your heart, that was going to try and pull the wool over the eyes of a long time friend for just to skip on $450. Your box should be there any day. My guess is it in Canada customs right now.

I started asking you about shipping in December..so don't start with I am playing a Victim Card.( I got pms about inquiries.in DEC.)
..850 dollars,Extra, to send 500 wheels is ludicrous,so Ya I was freakin Pissed..what are they supposed to weigh,17 pounds?..you quoted boxes at 28kg/2 wheels..so 36 pounds and 20 pounds of packing?//mmm..ok
You kept on puttin off communication.oh I am looking into it,,for EVER.and I waited..Forever..no response.except if I posted on your FS Thread.
My health has nothing to do with the issue, except That would like to see the freakin Parts before I am DEAD.,and you just wore 6 months off of that span.
..Oh Funny thing..I have only had Rx7's for 6 years,,so how do I know you for ten.??
Thanks for Playing....
I am sure that others have had a good buying experience with you,,But You DROPPED the ball on this one..
Since I couldn't get the wheels,I asked for a refund. So that gets all frigged up too,"oh it won't be until JULY"/(right RR88?)..WTF.This was in MAY.
NO,so I opted for parts,in exchange for my Money,,and haggled back and forth about that..HOLY ****...I just wanted Something so I can Flip it and get my Freakin Money Back.I could have sold the Parts(wheels) 3 times over, but you had both the wheels and money,,so there is My pocket money.Gone.
So when the parts come,I will post..we can Shut this MF'er down and go on with our lives.,
OK????..the Turkey is DONE. turn the oven off,,and EAT,chew, swallow.
I got better things to do that sit here and have you say I was IN the wrong here..I just gave you Money, that is IT..you gave me a Headache.

LOL if you think those wheels are 17 pounds per box you must be smoking crack. The rears are 28 pounds each the fronts are 24 pounds each.

That is 52 pound of wheel per box + packing material and boxes built by ninjas so you stuff des not get broken in shipping. + snacks comes out to. That come out to about 62 pounds per box hmmm lets see 62 pounds = 28.1227269 kilograms per box. now lets take a look at the ems shipping rates for canada from Japan. Cost $15 per wheel box, i use packing service so there is never a problem with packing and shipping the items.

http://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/cha...ms_all_en.html
zone two north America
28kg = 33000 yen per box shipping so 66000 yen shipping
google says 66,000 Japanese yen = 817.87200 U.S. dollars no telling what yen rate they use.

but the exchange rate at the Japanese and us military bank is 78 yen for 1 usd
so the shipping is 66000 / 78 = $846.15384615384615384615384615385

I never mark up the shipping to make money on that. Shipping is what it is shipping. Shipping it is not an alternate income stream to skim extra money from customers.

like I said b4 shipping to canada from japan is crazy expensive.

And it only took you what??..6 minutes to type that?
You know it is amazing that I post up here and you are Typing like a Mad ***** to Protect your reputation, when it could have been done and over with a long time ago, with a simple pm..
But hey,,who am I to argue,I WAS WRONG TO GIVE YOU BUSINESS.
That is what you are telling me now?...So Sorry man...that's pathetic.
..and I should Start smokin CRACK..at least I would get MY Stuff...and not have to wait 6 months to get high.

Today I went to the Japanese Post office to ship some other items to canada via EMS. In the lobby there is a big sign with a canada flag and big frown face. So I went up the counter and got ready to ship they said sorry we no longer accept mail for canada LOL

So I go back to my office and call the main EMS office in Osaka they said "ooohhh sorry no more box to canada please "

so I had them track your box they said it left for canada from Japan on 12th and dont have anymore info.

can it be a lord stanley's cup shut down?

And here's an update for you...."LOL"....

If I see one more smartass comment from you in here, youre history.

This guy paid you LAST YEAR for these wheels, and from the tracking info you gave to RR, it appears that they were just sent on June 10. You have NO business talking about this the way you have been. That is not the kind of service that we put up with around these parts. If you have a problem with that, then find yourself another forum to procrastinate on.

No, there is a mail strike/lockout that started this past tuesday. They are expected to be legislated back to work by Monday, so that will have delayed your shipment by 6 days if it was already in the Canadian system. You know, some Canadians don't actually like hockey, so the world does go on up here while the Stanley Cup is happening.

I get stuff mailed to me all the time from the US, Australia and England and never have I had all these mysterious issues that people speak of with stuff getting mailed to Canada. All you have to do is fill out the customs information form (about 10 lines and a signature) and the stuff goes smoothly. Man, if I can get some guy in Malaysia to figure out how to mail stuff to Canada with no issues and he doesn't even speak English, I an certain that almost everybody reading this forum can as well.
