1souped7: Bad seller, even worse communicator.
I feel I must share my story of 1souped7 with the rest of you. I have been given the wrong end of the shaft. I first started talking to 1souped7 on 4-17-08 about 1300cc injectors that he had for sale. This is the record of messages he and I sent. I tried being patient and I just can't get a hold of him anymore.
(4-17-08) ledgebmx "I want the 1300 injectors. Ready with cash in hand when available."
(4-17-08) 1souped7 "I'm coping this message to everyone of you the emailed me regarding the 1300cc injectors. I don't mind selling them but they are on my car till my new fuel system comes. That is in 2 weeks. So I don't mind waiting but if someone wants them now for $245 shipped anywhere then I will sell them and you can wait. If not then check back later and see if I still have them. Thanks"

(5-09-08) 1souped7 "I am so sorry man. Since the wife had the baby the family from Germany flew in and I have spent little to no time on the computer. The thing that held up the injectors a little was a fuel injector pulse issue due to a ground in my car. The reason for the wait is I need to get my new fuel rails in and since the car had a ground problem I haven't had a chance to put in the new system since I haven't broken in the motor. Either way the motor is starting now and my ground problem causing the injectors not to pulse is solved. I will be breaking in the car this coming week and should have the new fuel system in by the following week. This should allow me to put my new fuel system and have a full boost tune on the new injectors very soon. either way I hope this is alright by you and if not I will gladly refund your money. Again I apologize for the delay and let me know if there are any problems. Thanks"

Now I understand having financial problems, but he still hasn't responded since then. I think he is just canceling on me. I hate to say it because he started out so good! This is how it ended. I filed a claim on paypal and he responded 10 days later by putting in the tracking field "Package Status: Not sent tracking # None" and paypal usually does it's famous "oh we should stall since something happened!" and probably going to cancel my claim now.
I just don't know what else to do. Just stay away from him.

1souped7 I believe is the scammer named Chris Hill(?) that went by a ton of different names on this forum i.e. MidwestBest, etc. etc. If a moderator reads this PLEASE do whatever you guys do and check this member out. I'm almost 100% positive it's him and if it is he's back to scamming!

Look I said from the very beginning that you were you going to have to wait till I was able to pull them out of the car. You said you would wait as long as I needed. Well not a week later you said you decided you didn't want the injectors. The agreement when you purchased them was that you would wait. Now I warned you prior to purchaseing that you could be waiting two-three weeks. You agreed to that. Now all of a sudden you want a refund for a random reason. I used the money I got for the injectors and needed some time to refund.
Next thing I know I have a hold on my paypal account and a dispute from you. The only way I could respond to the thread was to click on a tracking number section and write a response. Thus the reason there was no shipping company or tracking number listed. If am fine with giving you a refund but now I have a hold on the paypal accoutn I would send it on. What do you want at this point? Refund or Injectors? If you want the refund then remove the hold you placed on my paypal so I can send it. Once again your the one that said you would wait for these.

This is not good, I traded 2 sets of 1600cc injectors for a set of springs over a month ago, If anyone has any more info on this guy I am going to be contacting local law enforcement in IL to file theft charges...
