When I sent you tracking for a parts shipment you wanted why would you ask about correcting the address and not about why I was sending tracking information for parts you didn't pay for?

Why would you tell me to re route a shipment you didn't pay for?

Why would you receive parts you didn't pay for? UPS delivery confirmed the address you gave me.

Why would you tell me you didn't receive any parts?

If truthful the answers are easy if not this could get complicated.

My suggestion is for you to be honest and then either return the parts to me or send them to the person in NJ who actually paid for them.

Yikes ! 1FAASTFD3S could find him self in some serious legal problems if this actually happened like it seems it happened. I hope this gets straightened out with out any need for law enforcement.

Finally struck a nerve by telling FAASTFD3S to send back the effing parts pronto

He won't reply here so here's his reply to my PM:

First of all the package wasnt addressed to me, it wasnt sent to my address nor does it have my name on it. Second I didnt ask you to send me anything, it was the other way around, you said you sent me the package & I gave you my address because you & I had been discussing the item. I didnt know if you were just sending it COD or if you were having me check it out to make sure I wanted it since you said it had a broken handle and you were gonna jb weld it... Im a good member and seller on this forum, I have alot of friends on here and have great feedback. Either way, I dont know where in the hell you get off demanding anything from me or thinking you can talk down to me or anyone like that. I was planning on lending you a hand since it seems there was some obvious miscommunication, but since you are a dick you can take care of your package your damn self.. PRONTO *******.

There's a long back story here so this guy clearly knew that I thought he had paid and never once questioned that. I discussed refunding him because the pistol grip console wasn't perfect and he never questioned why I was refunding him because he never paid me anything. Sent tracking for the shipment after we sorted out the damage with adding a part to the shipment and no question about not paying. Then re routing the package no question about payment etc...etc.... All that discussion and we never talked about COD or sending parts for him to check out or...........HMMM

Roller can look through all the PMs if he cares to but I don't think Mr innocent is all that innocent.

PS The box was addressed exactly as requested in the PM he sent me. If necessary I'll post proof from UPS. Of course the package doesn't have his name on it LOL blah blah

2 buyers buying the exact same combo of parts (rare) and I thought the 2 buyers were the same person.

Received payment for the parts from the buyer in NJ and went to box up the parts. Noticed that the passenger side pistol grip door handle had some cracks in the cup surround section but was otherwise very good. Replied to the CA buyer (who I thought was the buyer/payer) that the handle wasn't good and I could deduct 50 or so from the payment and send the pistol grip. He also wanted a fuel door and said if I include the fuel door he'd deal w/ the imperfect pistol grip console. I said cool and preceded to block weld it so it would work for the buyer and included the fuel door. Shipped the parts and Pm'd him the tracking info. After receiving tracking he wondered why the parts were going to NJ and I said that's what the PP info had in place. He said the parts should be going to CA (no mention that he didn't paypal LOL) and I said cool what's the address. He then told me the address and I re routed the package (cost about 10 to 20 to re route a package) to the CA address he requested.

I forget that I've sent tracking to anyone and the NJ buyer PM's me for the tracking. I send him the tracking and tell him it will take while because the parts were rerouted to CA and I'm in VA. He doesn't notice or pay attention to what I'm saying he just has faith. Another week goes by and he ask where's the package again I send him the tracking and this time he notices that the parts should be going to NJ not CA. I'm like WTF so I eventually figure out what happened and shoot 1FAASTFD3S a PM saying have you received any parts you didn't pay for and he says no man but I still need those parts. I'm like OK what ever and check the tracking. Appears parts were delivered to the address in Ca he wanted them shipped to and I start thinking about this whole scenario and realize this Cat may be a little devious and decide to PM roller about what's going on. I again PM the innocent one (1faastfgd3s) and don't get any response for a few days and decide well he's ripping me off so I better refund the NJ buyer. CA buyer finally replies with the rude BS already posted after I get impatient with his lame responses and tell him to return the parts PRONTO.

This along w/ the rest of the stuff I've typed is unedited but I have better things to do. Hopefully Mr Innocent will return my parts and I can send them to the buyer in NJ if he still needs them. Or he can consider me the ******* who sent him parts he wanted that he didn't pay for to the address he wanted them sent to, keep the parts and be happy that I made a mistake.

Hopefully he'll return the parts and reply here with some sort of explanation other than the silly stuff about CODs and me sending parts for him to check out etc.... WOW!!!!

This guy is constantly on the forum and is avoiding this whole situation and personally I believe he should either voice his opinions and answer the questions with some sort reasoning besides CODs and checking parts out or simply be banned until I receive these parts. This isn't about the money or the parts it's about the low level of character this member is putting on display.

1) When I asked him if he wanted a complete refund for the parts or a partial refund and I could send the part why didn't he reply that he never paid me instead of well how about if you include the fuel door?

2) When I noted the address in the PAYPAL PAYMENT was NJ not CA why didn't he say what PP payment I never paid you. At this point when he told me to re route the package he basically stole the parts from me.

I tried to go easy on him and give him and easy way out with a few cordial PMs but clearly he wants to play the innocent game and there's not a hint of anything but dishonesty throughout this entire exchange. Calling me a DICK and an ******* is also indicative of his character and I feel I've displayed some patience and understanding in most of my PMs considering what has transpired. When he replies with some lame BS about me sending it COD etc... or maybe I was sending it for him to check the parts out I finally lost patience and told him to return the effing parts. I replied that the address in the PP was a NJ address which is why I sent it there so AGAIN CLEARLY he KNEW someone paid for the parts just not HIM.

Example of one of our PMs that shows both the re routed address was correct (where he wanted it sent) and that he knew that I received a paypal for the parts just not from him The UPS info is a direct cut and paste of the reroute.

ALSO: I'm out about 30 dollars in just shipping along w/ the parts. 20 for the reroute and 10 for shipping. Personally I think he should refund me the 30 along with returning the parts PRONTO

OK, he has told me that if you send him a return shipping label addressed to wherever you want it to go, he will put it on the box and drop it at the post office for you.

So now I'm supposed to spend more money and time on this? OK clearly I'm seeing this through foggy glasses so if you think this is a fair remedy that's what I'll do.

Should I ship it to the address he told me to ship the parts to?

EVEN better maybe he can simply return the parts using my UPS #?
