Still not resolved.... I see this guy has dicked another person over????

Well I think this thing is no going to legal status. I talked to this idiot a few times since I ve posted and everything seemed to be getting resolved. Well its not! He told me that he was going to refund me 60.00 for the R1 lip he sd he had, but was in bad condition so he didnt want to send it.... I agreed. That was about 3 weeks ago. I called him this past Monday and he sd that he did feel comfortable sending the funds via check he wanted to use Paypal. Well the thing is I have a dispute with him with Paypal, because hes a terrible seller and out transaction has not been completed! Corey told me to drop the pay pal dispute so he can send me the 60.00... I sd no that stupid Im not satisfied, Im thinking to my self if I drop the dispute whos to say he will pay me??? So I told him to just send it and give me a check.... Oh yea he first sd that he was going to western union it but there was a issue with that as well..... This guy is a idiot....

Anyways long story short I filed a small claims charge against him and his business since thats who he is doing business thru.... Im asking for a full refund and my storage fees at the body shop.....

Sylva, NC? Oh **** Slonsho,Rico,etc. lives in the same town, we all know people coming out of that town is known for? I feel your pain I too got scammed big time from another guy in the same town.

Well I got all his "for sale" theads closed last night... I love it so this is what he pmed me on that forum..... How does this guy sleep with his self knowing that all he does is plan to scam honest people???? I also was pming one of the admins there and he sd he will try to help resolve my issue. He seemed coo, maybe just maybe there is light under this deep and dark tunnel! lol.... But to be quit frank I m not gonna hold my breath..... I also contacted paypal bc it seems as if his account was up and running again??? WTF PAY PAL sucks man!!!!

^ Damn, I wouldn't ever want to work with a seller like that. Where at in NC is this guy? I want to stay clear and let all the other NC guys know about him....there are quite a few NC members.

 

You need to click on his I-trader rating and submit your scores for him. I recommend all others that have had issues with him to do the same. That is the only way that future members can know of what he has done to buyers.

this guy is giving NC a bad name! i have dealt with him and had a good transaction but i am the only one.

 

I had a transaction with him and the item arrived. But throughout the years I've seen his name come up time and time again

 

He is a calculating thief.....he purposely has some positive small dollar transactions so that he can screw people on the big dollar parts. Under his twistedrx7 screenname he ordered a 20$ sensor from me simply to get some positive feedback.

I personally am very leary about ordering parts from a new/unknown member in NC, I just avoid it at this point.

I'm told he might show up at DGRR this year, Rico if you're reading this I'll be looking for you and I'll also alert the organizers as well.

 

I live in nc and I have had dealings with him and I wish I didnt.... I am going to dgrr and I dont think he will be showing up ... If he does I will point him out.

 

This one I find very funny since this member is actually Shane Willis and there is a major thread here on him and I have personally tracked down his crap.
