I also purchased a couple of other items from him. I sent him funds via pay pal and the funds cleared the beginning of this week. He also re sured me that the items were in a box ready to be shipped, as soon as the funds cleared...... I have pmed him about 3 or 4 times and emailed him twice, and I have yet to get a reply.... Should I be worried? Does anyone here know him or can vouch for him....??? I lost his number so I can not call him or his shop..... I hope I didnt get jacked...... I will contact pay pal today if I hear nothing from him.....

I think your going to be fine..Also like you said the funds just cleared earlier this week and its only Friday. I say a week is a good time to get something shipped out after money has been sent to someone.

I understand your point but when you emphasize to the seller that you need the items asap and they understand, then they tell you as soon as the funds clear items will be shipped. Then you hear nothing from them for the past few days you starts getting confused???

Thanks for your imput I just need to know if anyone knows who this person is and can vouch he is a good person to deal with...

Corey is his name.... This is getting ridiculous, I asked clarified that I needed this parts asap. He told me that it would get shipped out as soon as he received payment. The funny thing is that he kept in contacted with me via PM or calling me on my cell to reassure me that everything was all good. As soon as the funds cleared pay pal, Corey has yet to confirm or even pm me back that the parts have been sent out.

I do not have his number because I lost my old cell phone and I did not save it. I know its like a 831 area code or something.....

If I dont hear anything from him today I will contact pay pal.....

When you Send Money,and the Seller says he has to Wait for it to clear,then Maybe the Seller can't Ship it because he has NO money to Ship it!..It's Happened to me Before..once the Money IS there,then the Box gets shipped..if you Have His Paypal Address,then Check with Str8ryd,to see if he has indeed dealt off him...Or post it up,..oh By the way.,he hasn't been on since 07/29/08.(1twistedrx7)...If anyone has dealt of him,they may have Other Contact info..So BUMP..

I am also having the exact same problem. The funds cleared on the 28th of last month and he has not gotten back to me. This has gotten me a little annoyed because I would also really hate to be ripped off. I am going to go through the paypal people and see if I can get my money back if this is what is going to have to happen. If anyone has any news about this please let me know, I and the OP would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Ya this guy is a complete ***.... The funds cleared on the 28th and I didn't expect him ship before the funds cleared but that day he lost all contact with me.... I just want my money back..... I want his number to so I can call him....... If anyone has is please let me know.....

I think I dealt with this person before. He sold me a roller and promise to include an engine harness but turns out he didn't have it. He basically dodge my calls after that.

Corey Whigham is his full name. He told me he owned a shop in North Carolina. He sd that he has over 5 FDs there and he was just parting everything out. I do not have his S/N, this is all the information I have from him...... I have over 400 bucks in storage fee bc I do not have the parts that I need to complete the car.... My car is in pieces at the body shop so theres really nothing I can do till I get these parts that I paid for..... I have been no stop looking for parts for 10 days straight now Im stuck....The *** really fucked me over!!!!!!!!!

Ok I hope Im getting some closure to this situation. I actually talked to him yesterday. He told me that he has some issue the past couple of weeks so thats why he was not able to ship the parts out? Communication is key. He had my number he could have called me... Then he told me that he will ship parts out yesterday and will email me a tracking number... as of 10:33am 8/12 no email or PM. So I called over there again today I talked to one of his guys there and they told me that parts were shipped yesterday but he didnt have details. And he will have him call me back.

He told me the day before I sent him the pay pal, " I have everything ready boxed up ready to ship" I really dont know what to believe anymore.

So I received my fenders Monday the 18th (in bubble wrap), everything seems to be fine. The tracking number states 3 items, again thats fine. REMINDER!!!! I ordered both fenders the whole stock intake pipes and hard ware and a very good condition OEM R1 lip.... 3 items total right 2 for the fenders then one 12x5x3 inch stereo box??? With 2 plastic pipes from the intake? (WTF?????) So I pm the guy this is his reply..... all on the 18th.....

I used fed-ex and here is the master tracking number for the shipment. 864556263330 it is on its way I did what you requested I sent it express to compensate. I apologize for the delay. so since its on its way is the paypal dispute done?

I sent them to fineline designs.
first the fenders are oem. I pulled them off my car personally. second the r1 lip turned out to be in poor condition. so I did not send it out i will refund you the amount for that $60. as for the rest of the piping if you want it still i will express it to you. so say yes or no to the pipes your choice if yes i will send them first thing in the morning.



Is it me or does this guy just really have no concept of honesty or common sense?

1. We talked on the phone about what I needed, then I emphasized the urgent manner I in which I must have the parts ASAP!!!!

2. If things pop up? Call the customer... It wasnt that hard to call me 10 mins after I pmed you saying " oh man I have all the parts right here ready to be shipped just sent the money"..... (there was a delay over the funds from paypal to clear but I expected that so I did not have a issue about the 3 to 5 days for the funds to clear)

3. Why would you then ask me, if I still need the intake pipes when you KNEW and even sent a couple of parts.....???? Of course I still need them!!!! Thats why I paid you isn't it????

Mods please I know Im just a pee on and a no body but please do not let this guy sell anything on the forums, I would feel really bad if this whole ordeal would happened to another honest person.....

Well its been over a month now and this has still not been resolved! I talked to him a few times since my last post, and he promised that he will send my parts and my refund last week????? Nothing. Again...... I also see that there is another person here that just got ripped...
