Thumbs down Rx7store, bahhh

Ordered brakes from them over a week ago, still have not recieved a tracking number. I replied to a confirmation email saying they would be shipped on the 6th asking for one, no reply. Order status on website still says processing.

I had heard a lot about this from them but thought Id give em a chance. Very disapointed with their business.

I just want my brakes :<

rx7.com on the other hand is a very nice establishment and I wish i had bought brakes from them :/

send me an email with the order number and I will check on it or give me a call. Depending on the year of the car I have had some delays on the rotors.

if there is a delay on the brakes I have been giving them to the customer at my cost to make up for delays. I'm not going to be carrying the rotors for the FC anymore due to these long delays.

It was just pads. I really dont understand why its taking so long if you shipped them so long ago. Any respectable shipping company would have had them to me by now.

Yes it was for a non turbo. Thank you for your speedy reply to my thread.

Although if i may make a suggestion. Maybe instead of being quick to reply to threads that call you out on your obvious sub-par shipping/processing you devote that time/energy into checking your sales email account, or actually shipping them when you say you are.

Phone much? I check my email when I can which is 24-48 hours and then I have a hundred emails to answer so that takes time.
Pads were delayed a few days due to being out of them. Got a shipment a sent them out.

I work during your business hours, so how am I going to "phone much". And my original point was maybe you should only post on forums AFTER you have caught up on all of your work. Because ****, I still havent gotten a reply to mine that was sent over a week ago.

Stop making up excuses and run your business with a little bit more professionalism and everyone would be happy.

I'm sorry to bitch, you seem like a nice guy, I just really have no patience when people dont preform to even basic standards in customer service.

Um fedex called me and asked for an Apt number so thats why I PM'd you asking if you were in an apartment. Is that my fault? The correct address is on there. Once I ship something its up to fedex to do their job.
They didnt see an Apt # so that is probably why they couldnt figure it out

La de ****** da. I do too, but should a business completely neglect half of its sales?

They should get rid of online ordering all together if they arent going to care about orders from it.

so where's the tracking number then?? By all means, I'm not saying that Rx7store is a bad shop..but this will surely be my last and final transaction with them.

It does take alot of time to work with Jason, I don't wanna put **** on top of more ****, but why does rx7store have to be the last place that we order from? the website is very well designed, freight calculation is awesome, the communication is awfull tho.

I spoke to jason on the phone and was told to put in a order confirmation thru their website a specify that i was paying thru paypal, first off the option is not there, so you cannot confirm the order. You send jason an email and it took 2 days to get a reply saying "What parts did you want again?".

And that was it, 3 days wasted to not even get to a item shipped and paid for, its too much time wasted for nothing for me. Plus you barely have anything in stock anymore...

Anyways...

Let me explain the issue with the site and using Paypal. The site will allow customers to automatically pay with paypal but it does not figure in international shipping charges. Our shipping system will only calculate shipping inside the US so if an international customer uses paypal it would only show ground shipping charges. Then I have to take the time to email the customer, let them know shipping was more and then send another request for the extra shipping charges. That is exactly why the site will not allow you to pay with Paypal.
Any paypal orders have to be done over the phone. If a customer wants to do it by email then expect a freaking delay in response because I have 50 orders on my desk and over 100 emails that I need to do at any given time. So dont sit and complain that it takes me 2 days to answer an email.
People think I handle 2-3 orders a day and I have all this spare time. Wrong, I take about 20 orders a day from all over the world, answer at least 50 emails a day, take at least 40 phones call a day which half are tech support for people that didnt buy the damn part from me. Then ship about 10-20 boxes a day. All from 10-5PM.
Im going to be straight up. If someone is not willing to pickup a phone then dont order from me because in the end it will save us both wasted time.

dude you're coming off like a total bitch. How about you pick up the phone and call before you go on a public forum and complain. You take breaks at work right? It only takes a minute. Besides the majority of times you'll find that the part has already shipped.

I will say that Jason is a stand up guy who has given me great customer service time and time again.

Even if you don't have a tracking number through Jason, and have not heard anything within a week, your **** is usually already in the mail or being resolved. I would only give Jason a call after 2 weeks. "I don't have time to use a phone at work..." Get that ish out of here.

Now now, before you Pitbulls bite his legs right off of him, take the time to notice what this section is all about. We have a gentlemen that became a customer of Jason's business, and as ordered parts from him thru the normal process of his website. Now this customer as not received any words, or tracking of the parts beeing shipped, even tho that every order has a email and a phone number that was provided with the purchase.

Why doesnt the seller give the customer a call when he finds out that a part is B/O? Summit racing does it to me if I order something B/O.

And to my knownledge like I said earlier, this is a feedback section, the gentlemen is not satisfied by the lack of communication between him and the seller. Now instead of getting on your horses and retiliating with vouches or excuses, I would take these comments a make it as a place to improve my service to the ones who make my company a successful one.

I respect Jason for his accomplishments and his great prices. But there is room for improvement.

Takes a man to admit when he is wrong... so shush a little...

i had a good experience dealing with them when I bought my clutch and pressure plate from them a few weeks ago, and if I hadn't just ordered my counterweight from ari at rotary performance I would've ordered it from jason too.
don't trust the website, it's kinda slow getting updated.
and fedex is just a pain sometimes.

I've spent a good deal of money at RX7Store in the past.. I think the last straw for me was the `Extreme Fuel Kit`. I got the rails from KG (drop shipped) two weeks later then the regulator, lines, etc came in... point is, i didn't care if it took a month or 2 days, I wanted to know what was up. I completely understand Jason's side though.

on the `phone` note.. i did leave a msg w/o receiving a return call.. I'm not complaining at all - not at all.. just saying you need patiences with Jason/RX7Store.
