First off, you dont have any business cursing someone out and insulting them here. You already know this, since you have been warned repeatedly in the past for the way you treat others.

Second, I am not out to get you. I am out to get rid of liars who jack people around and then try to claim it is good business. It is not my fault or doing that you happen to fall into that category. I came to you through another forum member, asking for YOUR SIDE---that is how much I "have it out for you". I only developed the attitude I have against you because I caught you lying all over the place in your account of this transaction. And like I said, I am not here to tolerate liars. You have challenged me at every turn ever since--you told me to show where you lied...and I showed plenty of lies. You challenged me to produce the email and called BS.....and so I posted it. And you strangely had not one more word to say about it. It's time for you to grow the hell up and stop trying to play like youre the helpless victim that the evil rx7roller, max power and tenaz are all out to get. YOU made this mess. No one else did. And the sooner you admit that the better off you'll be.

first off i'd like to say i've had nothing but good help from rob, now i would like to add a few points here, tenaz 1. when you have a turboed car you produce more heat than when you have a n/a car so when robert said it would be smart to uprgrade your raidator you should have took that step but instead you kepted your stock one and you fried your motor, 2. if you had such bad luck with robert then why did you go back to him that makes no since to me, 3. you keep sayin he has your parts, he's clearly said you can come get them from the shop, but you wont are you scared hes gonna whip your *** or what frankly if i was in robs shoes i would be pissed myself, just go pick you parts up man robs not a ups delivery man so go pick them up puss, hes a busy guy that is working on customers cars that have already paid, oh and another thing you keep threating to put up these pics of his porting job...well lets see them pics already i want to see how"bad it is"

The reason that the other's didn't get banned (yet) was because I (and others) cut them some slack since it was awhile since Doc posted that and maybe you didn't see it. I posted it agian on this page. roller also posted it again on this page and banned someone for not following directions.

By the way it is not longer impunded its in my house.... Since you mentioned the impound of my car on this forum and because you delivered the car and left in the street without the ability to move I guess I add those impound charges to my complaint Thanks a lot Rob ... read the thread!!! the BAR investigator told me your car got impounded. i said that already... your wife signed for the car releasing my liability , not to mention it was there sitting for weeks without moving. thats illegal in california. but you dont care, you blame someone else and expect them to pick up the bill like you always do.

the BAR was at the shop and you will have your copy of the report, bad news is so will i, and it will help me in court.. than you again!!

what is your malfunction? It makes no damn difference how long someone's been a moderator. That has NO impact whatsoever on the decision to ban someone. Whether or not that person can follow a moderator's instructions, however, DOES have something to do with it.

This isnt your fight. No less than three times, a member of the moderating staff has stated that no one is to post on this thread unless they are either a moderator or one of the involved parties. FOLLOWING THE FORUM RULES is what we're talking about when it comes to banning people, chief. I first became associated with this forum around the same time as you did, and youre obviously one of the old hands that relates some sort of seniority to time spent as a member or post count. Neither of those things gives someone the right to break the rules here or to ignore the instructions of the moderating staff. You have been here far too long to not know what the terms of service say.....this place is not a democracy. Moderators, NO MATTER HOW LONG ONE HAS BEEN A MODERATOR, have the right to direct that others leave a thread alone in the interest of getting the issue resolved. Several people got banned because they could not follow those rules, and apparently you think youre special because you've been here longer than they have? Or because you built a sweet looking FC and took lots of pics of it? With all respect to you, you could have been a member here a hundred years, at the end of the day you are required to follow the rules here like everyone else regardless.

And since you refused to do so, you dont leave me any choice but to give you the same as with anyone else.

As for anyone else that thinks that the moderators arent being fair on this, since it was restated, EVERYONE that has continued to ignore the mods has been dealt the same result. We didnt stop to look and see which side the person supported or criticized--pnoyrx7 is a perfect example of this, since he was speaking against Rotary Shack and got the same ban as everyone else. Before the next person whines and cries about how unfair it is, FOLLOW THE RULES OR DEAL WITH THE RESULT. As always, if you dont agree, feel free to contact me via PM, as well as any of the other moderators, about the issue. There isnt a damn thing unfair about requesting that all outsiders leave the thread alone--the rotary shack threads and issues have a rather large problem of getting clogged with all kinds of third parties trying to speak for someone else, and THAT is why the mods have dug into this one so much. At the end of the day, if you arent certain about whether or not to post here, read the terms of service again that you agreed to when you signed up here as a member. The bottom line is that you are not party to all of the facts in this issue. I have asked for, and received, Robert's own personal account of this transaction, from start to finish. In Robert's own words to me, he has repeatedly been caught lying--THAT IS NO ONE'S FAULT BUT HIS OWN. I dont personally care if you love him and his shop--the guy flat-out lied several times about what has taken place here. And he still claims that tenaz owes him all sorts of money--even though he has sent me a copy of every invoice that he charged tenaz, and has shown that tenaz has paid all but about $100 of the total. This is documented fact, and the problem here is that we have all sorts of people who do not know these facts, chiming in and going off half-educated on the matter.

I will say this one final time--IF THIS IS NOT YOUR ISSUE, STAY OUT OF THE THREAD. If you choose not to, NO MATTER WHAT SIDE YOU SUPPORT, you WILL be getting a ban for your efforts. Is that clear enough people? If someone has info to add, by all means, I am always happy to discuss the matter via PM's.

I even caught you in a lie about that--you first claimed that every time you spoke to tenaz, he said that his witness wasnt available. When I asked you a second time why this wasnt done yet, you claimed that you kept trying to call tenaz and that he never answered his phone or returned your calls. Stop with the bull already and get the guy his parts.

What money does he owe you? Thats just it--according to the very invoices you sent me, he doesnt owe you all this money you keep claiming he owes! You even stated to him in communication that you werent charging him for work that you now claim he never paid you to do! There is only one reason why this is still unresolved, and that is because BOTH OF YOU have failed to work this out. how about a little less jaw-jacking at each other and a little more working to get things done? No other sellers around here either need or get the benefit of having the same people post multiple threads about the same transactions. The people who posted in that poll have already posted feedback threads about you, some of them even just did it last night! All I did was put you on the same level as every other seller on the forum, and youre actually crying about it?

Second, I pointed out that HONESTY matters here. We do NOT need anyone, and I repeat, ANYONE, posting how you have "always great service" when that same person has admitted in other recent threads that your customer service is lacking--and when YOU YOURSELF said that your customer service doesnt measure up! This feedback forum is for HONEST ACCOUNTS of transactions, not for heaping unwarranted praise upon a friend just to try to counter the negative threads that friend has going on right now!

One of them insisted repeatedly that you are a licensed business, and you yourself admitted that you arent. You claimed that he never got them back because he told you on the phone that his witness wasnt available....and THEN you claimed that it was because each time you called him he would never pick up the phone! You claim he owes you money for the engine tear-down, and then we see a pm or email where you told him that THERE WAS NOT GOING TO BE A CHARGE FOR THAT WORK. You claim that it was HIS fault that it took you so long to get to his car--that he never paid you, but then an email is posted showing you APOLOGIZING TO HIM for MAKING HIM WAIT SO LONG. You called BS about the email I said I'd received showing you telling a guy that you would make him wait a long time for his parts if he talked trash about RS on this forum....and then I posted it, and you have nothing to say about it now, do you? I could go on literally all damn day about how much you have lied.

Its time for you to get this finished. STOP worrying about ME and get the guy his damn parts! HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS, and STOP trying to tell me how to handle MINE.
