so... this thread will probably be locked. but hopefully before everyone assumes im just bashing them because of some hard feelings. read what I have to say and try and see past whatever nonsense you have heard. ill graze over all the other details before adressing my newest find.

first, I found the FMIC i was sold (from banzai), and paid them to install was a knockoff instead of a greddy mspec (which I paid for and ordered) oh well... chris may have been in a hurry, and not noticed it wasnt the real deal. understandable. I guess I can see how this could have happened.

then the Throwout bearing. oh well... ACT has some complaints about bad TOB

then the massive fuel leak. ok, fine... maybe it was an honest mistake. I can see how a slight drip may have gone unoticed and later slowly began to become a huge leak

but now, today... I go to do a compression test right? pretty straight forward. disable the ingnition and fuel right? so i get the car all up and ready to begin. I go to remove the 120amp ignition fuse. and to my surprise it will NOT come out. so im sitting there, trying to pull on it...

finally it frees up a bit and im looking at it. its not a fuse, its just the plastic casing for the fuse with the 2 prongs mashed together overtop of it. seriously Chris? cmon... its a 2 or 3$ fuse. which I was again charged for. I can understand hundreds of dollars... but 3$ for a fuse?

oh, and i ran into the guy who fabbed up all your stuff. he told me to remiod you that you still owe him money.

its really crappy that you seem to be continually stepping on people in order to keep your shop running.

The intercooler thing you will NEVER win on, there are PICTURES showing the different intercoolers before and after it left Banzai, even I know that and I only pay partial attention at any given time. Why even bring it up?

The fuel leak? well not sure, but I am guessing it did not leak when it left, and had you been a good guy I cannot think of a shop not INSTANTLY taking care of it for you. So again, why bring it up?

Not sure about your TOB issue, but if you think ACT has an issue with it, WHY BRING IT UP? To maybe add some credibility to your story? hmmm? maybe? So that just maybe a reader might think- nooo Banzai musta screwed this dude on his TOB! damned the bad luck!

Now as to the fuse, I got nothing. Maybe Banzai put it in and meant to put in a good one later. Maybe your car blew the fuse sometime after it left Banzai and someone (you maybe) did the fuse thing to limp it home and then just left it. I have no idea, and further, why would anytone CARE????? Its a FUSE. Change it out and drive on with life. WTF do you gain by posting this crap here?

You know what I think, I think you need to GTFO your little issues with banzai and leave the man alone. Grow a set of nuts, admit that you made a mistake in trusting him (if in fact he did screw up your car) and MOVE ON! Damned man, the crying on the internet needs to stop! If you feel like he owes you a fuse show up on the mans door and talk to him like a man and ask for a new fuse. OTHERWISE CRAWL UNDER A ROCK AND STFU! NO ONE CARES AND NO ONE SHOULD!

there are no pictures of the intercooler installed at banzai, because chris pulled down every single picture off his website. i posted pictures he emailed me of the intercooler when it came in the mail and it CLEARLY is a knockoff in the photo. a month later i posted the SAME intercooler on my car which he installed. chris never provided receipts or photographs to prove otherwise. I on the other hand have emails back and forth with him, photos of the intercooler before install from chris, and photos of it on my car after. as well as emails from greddy about the intercooler confirming it is not one of their units. you obviously didnt read, or pay a bit of attention. its bullshit every-time I do anything I find some other **** he fucked up and charged me for to fix. Asking chris about anything got me nowhere in the past. obviously as you already stated yourself you do "only pay partial attention"

heres the picture from banzai racing when they received my intercooler "from a reputed supplier" look at it. notice theirs no markings at all. on the tape. intercooler. or couplings

also notice if you right click on the image, its the same specs as the camera banzai-racing uses when photographing all of their cars/projects.

its not the money. its the principal. i was charged for multiple items, and for multiple hours of work installing items that were either

A)the wrong item
B)the work was never even performed

not only that but he went on telling me how he went ahead and ordered multiple 120amp fuses because I needed one and he saved on the shipping.

the first picture is the intercooler at banzai. the 2nd picture is in my garage when I took off the bumper and seen there was no greddy markings. look at the 2 different pictures, and you can tell their the same fmic. banzai swapped the couplings to red because my car is red.

Now Ratjar is trying to scam us for a $3.00 fuse, wow!!

First, we have not seen Ratjar's car in over a year.

Second, there are no parts or services on Ratjar's invoice that he did not receive. Including the 120A fuse. It was replaced when the fuse box terminal was being removed for the battery relocation. Below is a picture of what I found when the fuse box cover was removed. Obviously Ratjar is fond of this little "fuse mod". As anyone can see there is no plastic housing at all. This tells me he blew the replacement fuse and bent it over in the same fashion.

Ratjar has NEVER once contacted us directly for any issue with his car. This is because the issues are all fabrications and he would rather run to the Forum to complain about us, even though EVERY issue was created by him. Including this fuse problem.

If I remember correctly Ratjar was warned to never post up another negative thread about anyone without proof. Here is proof he is telling more lies about us. This guy needs to be permabanned and this thread deleted.

Ratjar is PERMANENTLY banned from our shop for exactly this behavior.

BTW, the 120A fuse is bolted in, it can not be just pulled out. Trying to force it out by "pulling and pulling" will just damage the fuse.

Just in case Ratjar wants to lie about that not being his fuse box, here is the same box located in his engine bay, with the "modified" fuse removed. You can also see the 10mm bolts that hold it in place.

We certainly would not go through all the hassel of removing the detroyed fuse, to install a "new" blown one with with a plastic housing, just so that we could modify it the same way. That make no sense at all.

the plastic body of the fuse was there. the internals werent. it was JUST as it is picture in your picture, except there was a plastic casing which appeared to be a fuse. why dont you post of some pictures of my fmic, and prove me wrong on that chris?

the fuse was done half ***, everytime I try to do anything or anyone else trys to do anything, we find some half *** attempt at "rotary mechanics" by banzai racings attempts to build me a car.

the ball is in your court, again. my last thread was deleted and closed by a mod because you supposedly sent him a receipt. which was a lie. I have EVERY right to know where you ordered this FMIC from so I can handle the problem myself with them. you have never once provided anyone with a receipt, or photographs to back any of your story, or your claims. if you are so right, and want to make me look stupid infront of everyone. all it takes is a few photographs.

obviously you have them, and they clearly show a knock off, or you deleted them to try and hide the fact you messed up. regardless of me being a customer there a full gt35r single turbo build should be something you would keep in your portfolio, especially considering how bad you talked about my car when it rolled in there. and how you resurrected it from the grave. but instead the only thing you have to your defense is to say im lying.

you took me for a fool and thought since i walked into the shop with $11,000 cash in my pocket you could persuade me and trick me into believe everything you said. well, guess what? What I told you in that thread was that you were caught lying all over the place, by me personally. You havent ever told the same story twice. When you first hit that racoon, you said "I smashed the bumper". You had to pick up pieces and put them in your hatchback. And then, in your own words, you had to "limp home" with the car. Then, suddenly, you later claim that there was NO DAMAGE to the bumper and your car was fine. And a THIRD time, you said "yes, the bumper broke, but there was nothing else damaged, and the car was fine...."

Gee, I wonder why no one believes you. Dont you even dream of putting words in my mouth again, or EVER accuse me of lying. NO ONE has worked harder than me in this section to help out our members, so you had better check yourself.

1--it isnt up to the accused to prove anything to you. On this forum, according to our TOS that you agreed to follow when you joined here, it clearly states DO NOT ACCUSE SOMEONE OF ANYTHING THAT YOU CANNOT PROVE. You have repeatedly failed at this, and this latest thread is enough to get you banned.

2--banzai offered you a FULL REFUND of the total amount you paid for the intercooler. You REFUSED IT. You paid what, over $800? For a part that you claim is only worth $200? And you REFUSED? What kind of idiot are you? You could have taken that money, bought the $200 ebay special, and pocketed the rest. And you REFUSED?

3--whether they posted pics or not, yours were obviously dishonest. You posted pics that werent even taken until days AFTER you claimed to have sent them to Greddy for review.

FINAL UPDATE.....even though this has been closed, I felt that this information needed to be posted here.

Ratjar, it would seem, made this whole thread up about the fuse. I have learned of a thread that ratjar posted on another forum--he was trying to sell this exact same car this past March. In this thread, he posted pictures....here is the thread:

I direct everyone's attention to the third photo--the engine bay. Take a look at the lower right portion of the picture, where the engine bay fuse block is. If you look closely, you can clearly see the 120 amp fuse, completely intact. you can even see the fusible element inside it. In other words, the fuse was just fine in March, and that was well after Banzai last saw this car. It is definitely the same car that he was posting about in this thread.

One other thing that stood out at me, here is ratjar's description of banzai racing as he posted it in that thread:

Soooo.....to recap, for over a year now, ratjar has been calling out banzai, claiming that they ripped him off in numerous ways. At the same time that he was doing this here, he was praising them on another forum. And, while he now complains about this fuse being mickey-mouse-rigged, the truth comes out that back in March that fuse was perfect.

This concludes ratjar's involvement with banzai racing on this forum. If he comes back and posts any more such threads they will be locked on sight, without exception. This section is NOT to make crap up about people. I simply wont tolerate it.
