Thumbs down I will never buy from corksport again!!!

So about a month ago I ordered a vented headlight cover for my rx7 and an LED interior light kit for my MS3... Well I get a call from them telling me that the batch of covers they got it were bad. Not a big deal, the guy tells me that it will ship out "next week". I call a week later and he said they had to make the fixture over. He tells me they will be done "next week sometime". Well another week passes and when I call I get the same "next week" estimate, so I ask why my LED light kit hadn't been shipped out if they have them and stock and He says "...huh, I don't know why they didn't ship that". Go figure he didn't ship them out. He said he will call me on Tuesday and they "should be ready". Well no call, so I decided to wait a few days before I call... So I call today and I get the guy who is even more clue less than the guy who has no idea about these headlight covers and he said that he will find out and call me back... he doesn't. I call and he has an answer for me...."Next Thursday".... So I cancel my order and not once do they say sorry or offer anything to show some empathy. I have to say that this is the second worse experience buying parts for my RX7... Sadly Jason at RX7STORE has that one hands down!

I feel your pain, but they are a-ok in my book, ordered a few times from them and it all went smoothly

I guess every now and then you get that transaction that just doesn't go right

Yeah I suppose... and thats understandable but when I have been waiting to put this car in paint for a month because of these guys and they don't even say sorry or even try to show some emotion. I mean when I was trying to explain where I was coming from the guy just interrupted me. Simply put HORRIBLE customer service.

I went through a two month battle with Jason from RX7STORE.com and at the end he at least gave me $$$ off from my order.
