How about the details...I suppose you shipped it ground? Insured?
I suppose you questioned the charge? before or after?
I ship across country all the time.
I'm not an apologist for Lemon at all, but he's like me...a curmudgeon (and I mean that in a "nice" way) and I know what I'm getting when working with him.
We are lucky that he knows Rotary cars inside and out from RX2'S and 3's on...some things are priceless.
I've known him since he raced British cars...before Mazdas

For those taking issue with people mentioning their concern over shipping prices, I'd like ask for your consideration from this perspective.
You can have the most knowledge and best customer service and that will let you get away with charging a premium on services perhaps. However when you are selling parts that are no different from the parts that another place offers and you are slapping on above average shipping costs you stand to lose business...it is economics.
I have yet to see one person say Mazdatrix provides poor customer service or say anything bad about them. On the contrary all I see is customer feedback about one aspect of their business...and customers and their wallets are what pays the bills so ignore them at your own risk.
To play Devil's Advocate I also understand why Mazdatrix would do bulk shipping prices to save time on their end.
Personally I ordered a part from another well known rotary shop...and engine stand adapter...and they hit me for a $2 handling charge. Now to me that is BS and I'll never order from them again. It's not the $2 out of my pocket bu the fact that I just paid $55 + shipping for something and now you are charging me to put it in a box to send? I'm doing you the favor by buying your product so way to bend me over. Stupid business move.
