Issue with Circuit Theory
Well I figured there is no sense in hiding or waiting for this issue to be posted in the near or late future so I am going to address it now.
I recieve lots of parts requests from others here on the forum. Some ranging from nearly impossible to find items and some that are fairly simple.
I was contacted by Trust7 at the beginning of July in regards to finding him a automatic to manual seatbelt conversion in black for his S5 FC. I have never had this request and was unfortunately quick to respond saying I had plenty of black seatbelts for FC's and plastics. My being busy is in no way an excuse since most of my parts come straight off cars in my lot.
I continued to communicate with Trust7 on a weekly sometimes biweekly basis in which communication was usually initiated by Trust7. I continued to say I could provide the parts for him but did not want to take any money up front until I had the parts removed and confirmed to be in good condition. (we all know how good Mazda plastic holds up after 17 years of age.)
Trust7 works at or has a connection through Fedex and asked me to send the parts to him via Fedex. I told him I would not ship them fedex and also that if i shipped them through ems they would cost close to $400 to send with the plastics mostly due to the large odd shape the box or packaging would be.
Trust7 then told me that he really wanted me to ship through Fedex and that shipping costs were not an issue because he got very good rates. I regretfully agreed to continue with his request but was then getting ready to go to California and then Michigan for two weeks. I do not recall if I ever told him I would take them in my bags on the plane or not. Anyhow I got to California and was still in contact with Trust7 through PM's and on the phone. I hate having potential customers upset and so I continued to agree and say that I would get him his parts by calling back to Japan and asking the guys at the shop to remove the parts and prep them for shipping so I could ship them when I got back to Japan. I did just as I told him I would but when I asked them to do so they said they were busy and might not be able to do it. Well they did not get a chance to do it and when I got back to Japan I then went out back to get the plastics and belts. I have plenty of black belts but all of them have been sitting in the back lot in the sun for the past 4 yearsa and are pretty faded. Then I started looking for the plastics and the only two I could find in black that were not cracked or missing were these

You can see that these have been cut in order to fit a roll cage. I was unable to find the a complete set of A-pillar black plastics.
At this point I then finally checked into what would need to be done to ship these through fed ex and found that fed ex is in Sano, Tochigi prefecture. I am an hour away from there if i use the tollroad which would make my trip to fed ex about 2+ hours. So at this point I bit the bullet and told Trust7 that I was sorry for my lack of knowledge in regards to fedex in Japan and also sorry for the poor result of this request.l
Thats how I see it and Trust7 you are more than welcome to input anything I missed or anything else.
Please keep in mind that through this whole ordeal NO money exchanged hands and there was no actual transaction even though Trust7 was more than willing to pay at anytime as he said on multiple occasions. Thankfully I declined to take any money, since if I had this could have gotten even uglier.
A note to future customers:
I will entertain any requests and will look into them however I ship through EMS and or Container only. Occassionally I will hand carry parts to the US or if a customer is in Japan I will sell them the parts face to face. Feel free to inquire about any parts you are after.
Thanks and sorry for the long read.

Before this post of mine gets deleted, someone quote it in their post for posterity.
This trust7 guy is a ******** from all accounts.
First time I ever became aware of him, was browsing the classifieds. I would see a thread for some parts I was interested in, get my hopes up, only to look up and realize the date of the post was 6 or 8 months ago. Turns out he was going around bumping old posts looking for parts. That's cool and all, but I suggested that he PM the threadstarter of any thread older than a couple of months, to avoid confusion for the rest of the users. He came back with a smartass response.
Then he had a set of rotors for sale. The ad read, first person to paypal for these gets them. So I paypal. I also posted in the thread that I had paypalled. Later he sees the payment and sees that I requested he ship them without signature required since I am usually not out front when the deliveries come and I hate taking time and gas to chase them down at the terminal.
So he pm's me and tells me he cannot do that, per paypal rules which require signature confirmation for items over $200, and this was a $200 transaction. I correct him and give him a link from paypal which says $250, meaning he was allowed to send these w/o signature.
Then he gets pissed off and refunds my payment, saying he refuses to sell to me because I have a business. HE deletes the original thread and makes a new one. Then he reports my username to the moderators and gets me banned.
Here is a quote from a member of another forum:
Then about 6 weeks ago I was talking to one of my good friends from a few years ago, that is out in TX now. HE was trying to sell some parts locally and apparently this Trust7 guy wanted to buy one of them. BUt the guy kept stringing my friend along, wanting him to drive 2 hours to deliver a $40 part for free, changing his mind and his schedule, etc.

I had a run in with Trust7 this month as well. I bought a catalytic converter from him and he held onto the payment, pushing the shipping date back for close to a month to finally tell me that he was going to recycle it himself. It took a paypal complaint to get the money back.
This trust7 guy is a hard guy to get along with from all accounts.

he even called me to tell me he found a clean pair of FTPs that he would test them to see if they worked, and then would ship it. He then called me to tell me he shipped them!! and of course, he asked me if i had any other parts i needed, answered to my many questions about the wiring on the ftp's!!!
