Hey guys.

Yes, I'm alive. And I'm making every effort to be evermore present, including having some help to speed things up.

lwnslw, I've been emailing you back every time I've had an update. Sorry I don't reply to each email you send, but you email me virtually daily. I don't have updates that often. Stuff takes time. And I've done the best I could to keep you up to date w/ the situation as it has progressed. As I emailed you, we're almost done w/ the cluster, so you'll be hearing back from me very shortly.

FD3S2005, I'm pretty sure you just emailed me back saying how happy you are w/ the cluster. And I'm also pretty sure I explained to you via email the reason for the delay on your cluster. I'm hoping we're 100% happy w/ everything now?

montego, how can I go about spouting on being honest & ethical, but then try and steal from Uncle Sam? C'mon now...that would be hypocritical. I'm a legally registered entity, and I do pay my taxes, and then some. Sorry to disappoint...

As for the GBs, that's pretty ironic haha. I'm pretty sure I've run more GBs than any other vendor on the forum...most of them based on popular demand from you guys - the customers. And that's more GBs than some of the ripoff-artist vendors we have at that...so that says a lot. And many of those GBs were $20,000+ orders, PER GROUP BUY. So not sure where this talk about all the GBs failing is coming from... Feel free to peruse my vendor section for the GB history (and notice how some GBs had MULTIPLE runs, at that).

thewird said it best I think. Until I can get things fixed (have help and finish the website), be prepared to wait. Sorry.

Anyway, I'm workin around the clock to get back in the saddle & make sure everyone's 100% happy w/ everything, so bear w/ me while we get this mess straightened out.

Thanks,
~Ramy

The I-trader system is now in place guys so now you can post your good and bad transactions so that it is attached to the sellers feedback score.

Rx-7Doctor, does the I-trader system:
- Require you to post a link to the transaction, so we know the feedback is based on an actual transaction?
- Is it editable (ie if someone wants something super fast but is CLEARLY told that there will be an extended wait...then wants to submit a negative transaction feedback) what do you do then? Cuz that's a setup for submitting inaccurate feedback...

Thanks,
~Ramy

lwnslw, emailed you back. Your cluster repair is complete and finished. I ate the cost of not one, but TWO spare clusters to harvest and transplant irreparable parts FYI, in addition to having to perform extensive labor to your speedo's circuitboard. And as promised, I'm sticking to my original price quote. I'll ship the cluster to you once payment is received.

Thanks,
~Ramy

Ramy,
Got your email and Paypal invoice and PAID it immediately.

As I stated in all my emails back to you...
All I was asking for was a set date of return. The constant changes of when it would be completed was overwhelming and felt like one story after another. I have been unable to drive my RX7 since Nov 22, 2008 and it has driven me nuts.
having said that....
I honestly feel that once ALL is said and done everything will be good and I will be pleased with my cluster.

Thanks
Joe

FDnewbie,

You do disapoint. How about you get back your customers... You need to get on the ball and answer back to all the people that have given you money. There is no excuse for that.

Well at least you a finally trying.

For the record, if you had access to all the orders I had before my "hiatus," and the number of issues that were unresolved/parts unshipped, you woulda seen I had knocked out easily 95%-98% of ALL the customer issues. Some stuff just wasn't 100% done yet. Yea, I'm sorry I didn't get to all of it, and I'm working to finish 100% of it, no questions asked. But to try and paint a picture that I don't reply to ANYONE, and leave EVERYONE hanging is not just inaccurate; it's rediculous. There's a reason why ppl keep on buying AND coming back for more for me - because while I'm slow, I DO deliver. And fully intend to make sure everyone gets what they paid for, if not more. The timely fashion part, I'm workin on

Thanks,
~Ramy

Glad I read this post. I've been considering sending my cluster to Ramy so he can calibrate the temp gauge. According to this post I might have to wait 'til summers end to drive my car if I do...Not acceptable.

Anybody know where I can get info on doing this mod myself?

Dude at least be honest when you post. Sure, you PAID for your cluster in Dec, but I emailed you REPEATEDLY asking which cluster you were interested in, as I had TWO FC3S clusters for sale, both by the same manufacturer...and you failed to specific whether you were purchasing the S4 or S5 unit. Then you FINALLY responded to me OVER THREE MONTHS later. Since then, I actually pulled out the correct cluster, tested it thoroughly, and already shipped it to you (so you should have received it; if not, it's prob. tied up in customs, and should be arriving any day now). So please at least paint an ACCURATE picture when you post about delays - ESPECIALLY when the delay is on YOUR part, NOT mine.

That's not true; something simple like the temp gauge I can knock out pretty quickly. The delays have ONLY occurred in cases where:

- People haven't specified what they're buying (as above)
- Clusters are damaged BEYOND repair, and are requiring replacing multiple parts - if not entire gauges

Other than that, the VAST MAJORITY of the 100+ clusters I've received, tested, repaired, and recalibrated have a relatively quick turnaround time (about 2-3 weeks from receipt).

At the end of the day, the decision will be yours, but I'm committed to making sure that you won't be disappointed should you choose to do business w/ me

Thanks,
~Ramy
